Great company with a unbeatable switch system. They believe and stand behind their products. Pulled bike out to load for bike week and had a switch not working. Got online to BUY a replacement and get a spare, website had a hiccup so I called in and talked with Mike about placing a order. As soon as he heard me say I had a failed switch he immediately offered and sent me a replacement for FREE, on my front step in 3 days . I was not upset and still very pleased with their product, as a service tech myself I know parts can and will fail. Not many company's provide great customer service but these guys do. They made things better when they had a content customer. I will be sure that every rider I associate with...
