For the second time my drive through orders have been completely screwed up. On my first visit to this Popeyes location, neither of my combo meals came with biscuits, no dipping sauce, and the workers inside the drive through window were carrying on a profanity laced conversation. It has been approximately a month since my last visit because I initially vowed not to return. I decided to give them a second chance, and what a mistake that was. Before I drove away I did ask for dipping sauce, which they had forgotten. When I got home I discovered that my twelve piece chicken meal contained only six pieces of chicken. The other combo meal, a 12 piece chicken nugget, was actually a box of shrimp.
Based on my experience, and reading the other reviews, I am led to believe that this Popeye's doesn't care about its customers or even doing a good job. The employees that I have interacted with have zero customer service skills and lack any skills that would make them employable. Since they probably won't be fired for doing awful job, I will boycott this place and I encourage others to do so as well. Perhaps if this place goes out of business, and the employees lose their jobs, maybe they will realize that they should put their phones down, pull their heads out of the sand, and develop some people skills and work ethic so that they can hopefully be a productive citizen some day. A better suggestion would be that they should pay attention in school, or return to school so that they can learn to count to twelve and maybe, just maybe, learn the spelling and meaning of the words "chicken" and "shrimp" so that they can properly complete...
Read moreI placed an order through the Popeyes app and arrived at the store to pick it up. After giving my name at the drive-thru, I was asked to pull forward. I waited for 25 minutes with no update, so I called the store to ask if they had forgotten about me. The response? Laughter and a casual “Oh shoot, I forgot.” Not exactly the professionalism you’d expect.
They said they’d bring the food out, but after another five minutes of waiting, still nothing. I went inside to find the staff joking around and clearly not focused on their jobs. I asked for a refund, but was told I couldn’t get one—only the food. I explained I didn’t want the food anymore, just my money back. They called the manager, who said I’d have to request a refund through the app—even though I ordered through the Popeyes website.
The whole experience was chaotic and disappointing. It’s unacceptable to wait 30 minutes for fast food, especially when there was no line when I first arrived. Ironically, it would’ve been faster to order in person. The staff seemed more interested in playing around than serving customers. I won’t...
Read moreWell first lickings your fingers to get. Absolutely for customers food red flag. Cold fries red flag terrible service red flag. Dropping the wrappers for the boxes on floor picking then up to use one for a box red flag. Maybe you don't care about your job but get out food service if you aren't sanitary. And none of the other employees will speak up. But don't open the customers chicken sandwich and touch the bread with your fingers to makesure it's spicy that's for the customer to verify. It shouldn't be wrong if everyone does there job. Just disgusting. Pay 30 dollars and watch one employee do all of this. No I didn't eat my food and I'm leaving this review to make Popeyes and customers aware this needs to be addressed properly by cooperate or managers. This is disgusting I an just still outraged that anyone would think that's ok. The kicking the fingers was the end of the road there for me. Had to review don't go to this one. I went at 630pm so that shift of people needs to be aware of one specific employee working the front. That's who was doing all of this....
