Reunion Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Violet Township

When I tell you this is the best Asian food in the area, I mean it! But not just because of how amazing their food is, also the immaculate customer service. There was an issue last time when I ordered via DD and they were closed but the owner reached out to me and explained that they needed to close because unfortunately her son was sick… I felt so terrible. Sometimes we forget that business owners are people too with their own personal struggles and I can’t imagine how hard it must be to juggle the two. She’s an incredibly sweet lady and when I ordered again today, she gave me a free dessert as an apology 😭 which she didn’t need to do! That’s what I call, amazing customer relations! Now onto the food: My favorite is their dumplings and that dumpling sauce is literally the best I’ve ever had! I also get their orange chicken which normally I get white rice with but I ordered the fried rice and I will never go back to plain rice. It is immaculate. I would love to give this place negative stars. I ordered for the first time tonight and when I arrived at the restaurant at the time provided I was told the food was not ready. The cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable, but I already prepaid so I waited. It took over 40 additional minutes after my quoted pick up time before my food was ready. When I got home they had given my husband tofu instead of chicken in his General Tso's which I would NEVER have ordered. When I tried mine, the food was so salty it was not edible. Let me just say, I add A LOT of salt to my food, but this was just awful. I messaged the restaurant for a refund, but I doubt I get a response. To be fair, I've never been to this restaurant, however, after seeing the response to Emily's review, I felt the need to cancel her one star with a five star review.

My co-worker's take out smelled amazing and she told me of the restaurant after I asked where she got it. She said that your customer service is fantastic, and lit up talking about receiving free "donuts" from the establishment.
