It took about 40 minutes from when I got my digital receipt to actually get our drinks. There weren’t that many people in front of us, and I guess when we walked in and saw a woman going out to the car annoyed with her drink leaving her daughter to wait for her own we should’ve known it would be a while I guess.
The two guys working were very friendly, unfortunately they also spent so much time talking (often pausing what they were doing and fully talking rather than doing anything with their hands.) I will also say, I don’t care if it’s all adults in a room, I find it so unprofessional and it reflects poorly on the business when employees are saying curse words in front of random customers they don’t know.
We finally got all of our drinks but one that was supposed to be a matcha drink had no matcha in it and was a pink colored drink, they remade it but then it was missing the cheese foam we paid extra for.
We were super excited to try this place and it was just a disappointing experience especially for being almost fifty dollars including the tip. I don’t think there is ever a reason drinks should take 40 minutes with a very small amount of drinks ahead of us in line. The only reason I’m giving any stars is that the Ube mocha cream drink...

Ordered through Instacart/UberEats to try for the first time!
Ordered: Pistachio ricotta cake- Very small slice, but light, fluffy, slightly sweet and nutty and delicious. Might be my new favorite dessert… would get again! But a little pricey for 1 slice.
Bacon/Egg/Cheese Croissant - Yummy, buttery and flaky, but stingy on the bacon. Had one measly slice of microwaveable bacon in the sammich. So, bacon where? 2 or 3 would be nice to fill the croissant.
Oolong Coconut Milk Tea (25% sweet) - Yummy and coconut-y, but the photos on the menu are very misleading because it looks like a large/tall serving. I wouldn’t have known any different because there was no option to select a different size. Product transparency is important when ordering through apps, especially when 3rd party couriers upcharge——this can leave a bad impression with the customer. Was a small cup, but enjoyed nonetheless. I look forward to trying other flavors!
