I have had the worst experience ever at this sonic tonight around 10:30 on. I asked for a number 1 with no cheese just Ketchup, pickles, and onion. Sounds simple right? Apparently not, because not only did they get my order wrong, it was wrong literally 4 times. 4 times!!!!! There was a young lady who took my order named Jay (What I was told). She did her best to make sure everything was correct but after the third time she began hering frustrated, as if it were my fault for messing up my order. There was then a young woman named Myra (At least that was what she told me). Who came out with the exact same wrong sandwich she gave me the 2nd time. She thought if changing the person bringing it out, would change the outcome. At this point she had walked away from me before I could tell her it was wrong again. At this point I’m not hungry and I’m ready to go home, so I want a refund for just that meal. I also order food for my children but follow me. I sat outside for 15 minutes while they looked at me through the window. So I then ask Myra, may I please get a refund. It’s wrong again and my children are in the car. She says I need to wait because there are only two people working. So I waited for another 20 minutes until she decided to come help me again. At this point I’m aggravated because I have been patient up til this point. She request for me to show her my receipt and I get it and show it to her. I have the brown bag full of everything untouched, drink included which was wrong as well. She tells me she can’t refund me my meal because I don’t have everything I ordered present. She means the meals I ordered for my children but my children have eaten and digested this food by now. I told her I don’t want a refund for their food just for the food I didn’t order. I told her she could refund the entire thing and then charge me again for the food the children consumed. She agreed. After she went in she began to bad mouth me with her other coworker Jay, when all I wanted was a plain burger with just ketchup, pickles, and onion. She comes out with lots of attitude at this point so I request her and her coworkers names. She says her name with the worst attitude, neck roll, and disrespect. She then says you can call whoever you want. The manager’s name is Jason btw. I tell her don’t worry about it I will. Read moreMy wife and I swore off this Sonic a year ago when we ordered popcorn chicken and got pebble chicken. Today we were in the area, so we decided to stop by for lunch. After we received our order, we noticed our tater tots and ranch dressing were missing from the bags. I verified on the receipt that we had indeed ordered them. No big deal, we all make mistakes. I pressed the button and informed the clerk that we were missing tater tots and ranch dressing from our previous order. The clerk confirmed the order. A few minutes later we noticed a total on the screen. I pressed the button and informed the clerk that the order I placed was for the food that was missing from our previous order. He said "You'll have to take that up with the manager". I asked "I have to talk to the manager to get the food I already paid for?". He said "The manager did that". When car hop came out she said "That'll be .45c please." I told her that the order was for the tater tots and ranch that were missing from my previous order. She looked at me astonished that they were missing from the bag. I showed her the receipt and told her I didn't just waste 20minutes of my time so I could get a free order of tater tots. Read moreUPDATE (6/5/2022) I finally decided to give ol' Sonic a second chance. I ordered on the app and came through the Drive-Thru for pick-up. Unfortunately, at no fault of the store, the sonic app doesn't have a drive-thru check-in option. It led to some confusion but the manager on duty handled it quite well. Corporate should change the app's user interface for this to be allowed. Our food was prepared perfectly in accordance with the order. The only negative, the chili's quality is so bad it isn't worth buying anymore. Total time from pull-in to pull-out was a little over 10 minutes. If you take the time to read my prior review, this is a dramatic improvement. I still urge management to incentivize better performances with higher wages. Working people are my people and everyone here deserves a $15 minumum.
Order Number: #218972968 on 7/4/21 Ordered over 20 minutes ago in a stall with no update. I called via stall mic and was finally asked to come through the drive through. It took an additional 10 minutes to receive my order. When you can't find staff because you refuse to raise wages, customer satisfaction drops dramatically.
