Some very entitled people. I'm used to driving up to a menu, looking at it and placing my order. At this location and being new to the area, I drove up to a person and by looks I got I was chastened for now knowing what I should order or the menu off the top of my head. Then they missed and an item. I called back to the store which the manager was nice enough to put it in the system whenever I was available to pick up. The next time I went there which was my 3rd time, I downloaded the app and put my order in and paid for it. I had time to pick freely and no judgement this time. I decided to pick this order up from the window. When I got there the young lady couldn't find it. We went back and forth with questions until she identified it was an online order, then said because the order had no name that's why it was started, how's that possible? Oh ok well I didn't call when I arrived at the location before I came to the window to pick up the order, so they could start making it. What is the point of taking my time to put in an order online before I get to a location because I do not want to wait, Just to make sure it is ready by the time I got there so I can pick up and continue to work. Another process is required of calling and repeating same order for them to start making it. So all I gathered was using the app was useless and I had to agree with the employee because she kept saying "you get what I'm saying". No I don't get it because it makes no sense. So I drove off with no breakfast for me and my coworkers because that was a waste of time and also noticed she refunded my order. I reached out to chick-fil-a and no one reached back to me. For some reason people always think you want free stuff that's why you complain. I don't want a free breakfast or sandwich because it doesn't fix anything. Fix you people and their occasional attitudes or making excuses when they didn't come through on their end. Not once did I hear "I'm sorry for the delay, let's take care of that for you right away. Just give us a few minutes and move to the curb area". Service recovery was not an implemented plan that morning. We all know about the service at chick-fil-a but these very entitled employees at this location and the fact that they don't pay attention to detail makes it a drag... I will stop at Hilltop any time I do a chick-fil-a run than come to Haygood. I'm not dealing with the lack of customer service when they want and don't...
Read moreI go to cfa as does my family all the time ,now they have started putting people out in the parking lot to pre-take your order before you even get to a readable menu...yesterday at 12:30 i was entering the line when my physician called ...after a three day wait for his call, i was not about to miss the call to pre order my chicken lunch ...a girl approached my vehicle and i politely waved her off through the closed window motioning to the phone after 30seconds and moving maybe one car length another woman, a blonde with a powder blue shirt approached my car ...i then motioned to her i was on my phone to which she hit my driver side window hard and demanded i order something...i then explained i was on with my doctor who i had been waiting to call me and since there was not one car behind me i would order when i was through (which took all of 1:14 seconds) the woman then informed me she did not care if i was on with my doctor that i needed to place my order, when i declined she asked me to back up out of line ....NOW THIS IS WAAAY before you get to where you typically order your food and i was holding up NO LINE ....I then asked her not to hit my car again and if she had a problem with me waiting to order til i got to the proper area she should take it up with the owner Jason Barnes ,this rude aggressive woman then informed me SHE was the owners wife....to which i told her I'm sorry but my health and that of my fiance was more important than ordering a four strip chicken lunch at HER DEMAND with no one behind me and a very serious illness was being discussed that was detected....when i came around the building i did not order anything and saw Jason Barnes standing there i started to explain what happened and his quick response was go order your chicken from someone else if you want.....I do not beleive as a Christian and member of star of the sea catholic church this was a Christian or professional way to handle this matter or any customer ...all for the love of money and their proficient ordering line.....no rules were broken by wanting to wait to get to the menu where one typically orders and NO CAR WAS BEHIND ME AS Mrs. Barnes herself asked me to back out of the line since no one was behind me.SO NO CUSTOMERS WERE BEING INCONVENIENCED EXCEPT ME !!!! because I could not and would not comply with their...
Read moreBy far the worst experience at a Chick-fil-A my family and I have ever had. Whoever was working the drive thru this morning (7/25 0915) was extremely rude. Her attitude was so nasty it was as if she were forced to work there. She repeated the order back to me correctly but when i pulled around it had been put in wrong. The lady with the light brown curly afro was so nice, she fixed it with no problem. Then when i pulled around to the window the girls at the window were acting like it was my fault that the order had been put in wrong. The one working inside kept saying "oh she added something, she added something" so after sitting there and finally getting my order right, so i thought, i looked in the bag only to realize that i was still missing an entire meal. I explained to the one working outside the window that i was missing a meal, the female inside says "its in the bottom of the bag" rudely, and the one outside repeated it as if i didn't hear her. I looked in the bag for the third time and told them "no its missing." They then requested that i give them both bags back and they proceeded to both check the bags as if i would waste my time lying about a 4 count mini meal missing. Once they realized that i wasnt lying they put the 4 count in the bag and i pulled off thinking everything was right, FINALLY. After arriving home, my husband realized that we were still missing a tatertot from the 4 count meal. Being a regular chick-fil-a customer in the Hampton roads area i can say that this was BY FAR the worst Customer service ever at a Chick-fil-A. I only gave 1 star bc of the lady with the light brown curly Afro that was working at the payment stand between the drive thru and the window....
