Well, I pulled up to the drive-thru and was greeted by Ava. I asked Ava to give me a second because it’s been a while! She says “okay let me know when you’re ready and if I needed help with the menu.” I said “ok” then started to order. I say “I would like a small milk shake” and she says “is that it?” I say “no.” Then I say “I would like a cone in a cup” she says “is that it?” I say “no, may I let you know when I am finished with my order?”(because I knew there was more I wanted to order) Ava rudely says “ummm yea” and then says something to her coworkers which prompted them to come to the window to see who’s ordering. So I pull up to the window because Ava was being very rude. I ask for the manager, Jaden who took my order. I explained to him what happened and he nonchalantly seemed concerned but still took my order. I ask for 4 vanilla cones in a cup. He gave me 4 cups of vanilla ice-cream no cones. He then gives me 4 empty cones to go with my ice-creams. I wanted more but the struggle with just getting 4 cones I didn’t want to risk them messing up my food. Read moreWent to this location and was very displeased with the customer service of the worker, Gabe. I received my ice cream which was not correct I proceeded to tell him that it was not the right order and he short me some change. He close the window and walks off. He didn’t even come back to the window to correct the deficiency. I had to have another young gentleman come to the window to correct my order. This is not the first time Gabe has been very disrespectful at the window when he has given me incorrect change or even acknowledge the wrong in this matter. Both times I have dealt with him he has walked off and I have had to have someone else fix the issues. He is ver unprofessional and does not need to deal with customers with this type of attitude and disrespect. Read moreThe customer service was absolutely disgusting, there was no politeness at any point in this encounter. Lex, to whom apparently is a shift leader, was the person who dealt with my order. My brother and I hadn’t even walked to the window yet because we weren’t ready to order; they opened the window and without a greeting but, a whole ton of attitude said “Are you ready to order. We close in 8 minutes.” I was confirming an order on my phone at that time for 1 person and Lex seemed to be extremely perturbed. My order consisted of 2 items and every part of my ordering process and the way they spoke to me made it clear my presence was extremely unwelcome. They shoved my items through the window when done and I wasn’t even given a polite ending experience.
