Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

This is my third time ordering from this location. I wanted to wait to write a review to see if things would changed. Unfortunately it has not. My first time,l visiting the food was fresh and hot. The last couple of time, my food was old. Very very oId. Ordered a 2 for 6 chicken sandwiches with a medium curly frie. Everything was old both times I went. I also stated that I didn't want tomatoes. Which tomatoes was placed on the sandwich. This location is very slow. But I do know that Arbys food is supposed to be cook to order. It was not. I will not be returning. But I can say that the staff was very nice all 3 times I visited. Keep up the great work. Order taker was Donyae. He asked if I wanted tomatoes on my sandwiches, he beat me to it. I said no but he didn't ring up no tomatoes. I noticed that once I got home. He was nice and professional. First I would like to say that Arbys is in my top 3 of fast food restaurants, but this Arbys had some Creep of a store Manager, that talks to his employees like trash,professional in appearance,but very condescending to his staff,for sure has a superiority complex,while he was working the frier he was criticizing employees making sandwiches about portion control and the like and at the same time acting exasperated, not sure if its a profit share type thing for him or if he is otherwise invested but I do know I received the slimmest brisket sandwich ever the buns were almost touching,I tossed the bottom bun and ate it like a taco I had the rings instead of fries with my combo and they were good for the four I received,I wanted to bring my order back to the counter and get brutal with the manager but I knew he was the type of guy to take it out on his employees, so I bit my tongue had my 1/2 lunch and went back to work,knowing I would never eat at this particular...

Crystal is very unprofessional with staff in the back- for someone training to be a closing manager, constantly touching staff members, calling others youngin, sir, and ma'am and what not i can understand, but calling a married man babe/baby/hun and touching his hips? Doesn't seem very professional, in my opinion and I'm a general manager. Let's keep hands to ourselves in a kitchen.... Let's hope this review gets viewed and stuff doesn't have to be escalated, because honestly I shouldn't have my partner coming home telling me he's being touched by an older woman in any sort of way. Never in a store should any employee be touched around the hip area on the clock. Uncalled for and unprofessional, very uncomfortable with this situation.... Nor should staff be touching other staff at all...I can understand moving in a small space,but that's not what's being told to Me..please get staff under control when other employees are there just trying to do...
