Great Starbucks to start your morning off early. Everyone working here is friendly and baristas like Abbey are so helpful and making sure your drinks are excellent. Love IT.

This is my new local spot and the stafff here is always so friendly. Especially Lily who is super nice to my doggies and comes to the window with a huge smile. She starts the day off right. Love IT

This review here may get really long because this is my go to now at the beach. Lily is always so cheerful and smiling every time I see her. She is very friendly and loves my pups. Great customer service attitude goes a long way. Love IT

This was my first time at this location for an extended period of time. My wife and I needed a safe place to pass about two hours time while more able bodied family members braved the elements at the VB holiday parade. I ordered a grande frappe and my wife a plain hot tea. She was expecting to get black tea but got green instead. No big deal. Her tea must have been in excess of 200 degrees because it took more than an hour before she could drink it. We were very happy with the store interior and the furnishings were very comfortable. The inside customer occupancy remained low so we were not rushed. Very laid back and comfortable. The restroom was lacking a trash receptacle. There was a loose feminine hygiene box that people were using as a trash can. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The outside handicap parking spaces are adjacent to a field of medium sized rocks which makes it difficult for handicap persons to negotiate. Why is this obstacle located adjacent to the two handicap parking spaces? So I would have given a 5 if not for the lack of a restroom trash can and some obscure obvious obstacle that could harm a handicap person. Fix these issues and I will be happy to give a...

We were passing through the area and decided to stop here for coffee. I placed a mobile order and selected drive-thru pickup. When we arrived the line was really long. We didn’t want to wait, so I figured I would walk in and pick it up because no one was inside. I was about to order a breakfast sandwich when a very rude woman asked “Are you waiting for a mobile order?? Because I don’t have any for in store pickup!” Had I made it to the counter to order the sandwich, I would have mentioned that. I then had to listen to a really long-winded story about how I was wrong and they’re the busiest store and I really messed them up by coming inside for my drinks. Also that I only would’ve waited 41 seconds in line. I told her our Starbucks at home uses the counter for everything and she told me I was wrong again and my Starbucks does not do that.
