China Hut — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

To begin with the restaurant was a little Dated and need some through cleaning. I ordered the tripe seafood dish. It was disappointing as the crab meat was imitation, scallops were soft almost saggy and no taste, shrimps was half done. There were these little pieces that looked like tiny shrimp that was to suppose be lobster meat had no taste. I took one mouthful and threw in the trash. Over priced. My least favorite Chinese place and the most expensive for what is offered. Didn’t get the spring roll or white rice with the “combo”. Asked for extra spicy chicken for the “sweet and spicy” and it had NO spice whatsoever. Also got honey chicken and it was the chicken they sue for sweet and sour chicken with some type of digusting sauce. Not honey. Just frustrating as it was overpriced for Chinese...

Orange flavored beef VG, Seafood delight deceptive, Shrimp great. Scallops seemed great. Crab (legs) fake & abundant & NG. Threw them out. What’s supposed to be lobster was tiny shrimp. Good, but deceptive. Vegetables, rice & egg rolls great. Stay away from anything with crab or lobster & you should be good. I’d rather have the dish with these items left out or pay more for...
