I nfc pay at every Starbucks location I go to. This store has signage stating they are capable of nfc payment I do it for the rewards points and I'm a 2-5 times a week customer, well I won't be going to this location again I go to show my app and the lady behind counter stated that she was not able to scan qr code, only barcodes ? Funny every other starbucks in America can. Mabe she needs more training and or mabe starbucks shouldn't false advertise that they are able to take that form of payment. Shawn (young gang-affiliated black man) made my caramel brulee latte. He was VERY rude and several times attempted to STEAL my phone and also did not wear a hairbun when making my latte. This caused one of his dreads to fall into my latte and he didn't remove it. Then, he pronounced my wife's name "Jes-ee-ca" instead of Jessica. Kat (angry white manager) made my espresso drink very poorly, and made my daughter's latte with whole milk when I said for her to use almond milk since she's lactose intolerant.
