7/6/25 - Even after two years this place hasn't changed. It sucks because this location is the closest and the most convenient but then they are always messing up your orders. The employees drag their feet and just do not care. We ordered through the app for pick up and they got our order wrong. I went back and decided to order in line to ensure they don't mess it up. I stood their for 10 mins, while the employees were walking back and forth, talking with one another and then saying hi to a fellow old employee I suppose? This person went behind the counter so hoping she was. One of the managers there has a bad attitude. Whoever owns this chipotle should be ashamed. I got side track, so when I was ordering my food in the line, they were slim on veggies and gave me basically nothing including the tomatoes salsa that there was plenty of. There was only one employee doing the orders, so I had to wait while she started someone else's order. They seem to put employees on break at the worst times. I couldn't even understand their cashier. Seriously don't understand their system and how they do things here but just safe yourself the hassle.
12/13/23 - I'm currently in line for a mobile pick up order that was set to be ready at 8:30. It is completely dead inside and the line for mobile order is out to the STREET! It took me 40 minutes over my supposedly pick up time. When I got my order I pulled off because the line was still so long and I wanted others to go ahead and get there items. I went to check my order and saw that there were no chips in my bag. I went inside to get chips and the employee said Yeah it might have been that we didn't have any at the time. Okay... But we paid for chips so I guess they were expecting us to get a refund for that?? No offense but it literally look like it was three high schoolers / college students working, didn't seem like any manager was there. There was only four total working and one was on break. On a Friday night.... THIS IS RIDICULOUS.... WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO GET THIS LOCATION IN ORDER... When I got home I found BOTH of our orders wrong, missing items which I assume they ran out of. the chips were also not fully cooked and soggy. I contacted costumer service but they just gave us a free bowl and chips.. when we should have gotten a refund. I seriously do not understand why this location is still open.. I guess because of idiots like me that keep giving it a chance.. I honestly feel really bad for the employees and can't even imagine how many angry customers they get. I forgot to mention when I went back inside behind the counter was a complete mess. Food/trash all over the ground. Majority of the food gone. You could tell the employees were struggling... PLEASE HELP THEM!
3 months ago - This chipotle is hot garbage. They always mess up our orders. They are completely rude half the time. You order for pick up and find they closed the inside early so you have to go in the drive thru line. We waited thirty minutes to get our food. By that time it's cold.. Corporate needs to step up and do something about this location. It's an embarrassment and I don't even know why they bothered to open it if they didn't care about running it properly. Stop hiring people who don't care and stop allowing them to ruin the company's name or the fact they aren't trained properly. We always stop a few months then try again to see if anything changed and nothing has. Just let this location go.. Our newest order we just picked up waited 30 minutes, didn't give us our chips. We asking for a refund, they give you a free bowl and chips to ensure you come back if not this location, another location. Just don't come here and debating to stop...
Read moreI don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review. At least not on Google. It takes a lot, for me to ever send a meal back over to walk in and talk to someone making minimal hourly pay about their work ethic, etc.
I just suffered through my last meal at this (or maybe any other) chipotle ever.
I thought it would speed things up to order my meal from the parking lot while I finished a couple emails.
I placed my order. I had a time of 710 that it would be ready and I walked in about 703.pm
I made eye contact with multiple people behind the counter, no one spoke to me or greeted me, and I stood around, staring at the shelf where my food would/should be for several minutes. Nothing. Just a bunch o people, not doing any food preparation, so I waited some more.
I started walking around, and repositioning myself, so I could see if anything was happening. Witnessing the counter where meals are prepared, it looked like they just had a food fight, which is common, but it was particularly disgusting.
Almost randomly, a female said “hey you have they not given you your food?”
I’m clearly standing there without any food in hand, so I said kindly “I ordered ahead, and I’m waiting to see it on the shelf (from where orders are picked up).
She got my name, and then said oh yeah, it’s been ready for a while and pointed over to the drive-through window.
It was roughly half as full, as any order I’ve watched being prepared, the brisket was hard, my meal was cold by the time I got home a few minutes away, and I spent $16, and I’m still very hungry.
I tried three different ways to leave them some feedback on their website, but it’s so hard to use, and if you don’t know how to pick the store location, you can’t even submit it.
So, I put it here instead. I got about half the food I paid for, and it was cold before I got four minutes away to try and eat it. Not acceptable, and the lack of greeting or professionalism or even putting my food where it’s supposed to be so I could pick it up and leave was extreme.
Do better, please. If there was an option for “zero starts,” I would’ve chosen that. You’ve lost my business though, because this is a typical experience for this location.

Everyone should call the Better Business Beureau on the owner's and management of this location because they are lowering the property value and quality of life in our area by poorly serving our community. Don't go to this Chipotle. Go to the one at Landstown Commons. Even if it's a farther drive, at least you'll get what you're paying for there.
Today - the woman preparing a burrito bowl I ordered tried to serve me a baby plate. You know. - a plate you would make for a small child because they can't eat 1/3 of a normal portion. The rice wasn't enough to cover the bottom of the bowl and she only added a teaspoon of barbecoa that covered 1/3 of the rice. When I confronted her about it, she said, "this is a normal portion." "It just depends who was making it." She was clearly undeserving me, either to cut costs or nurse an almost empty pan.
If you have ever been to a Chipotle and ordered a burrito bowl, then you know how wrong and strange it would seem when someone was trying to serve you a baby plate. These people are ridiculous. Businesses like this one are hurting our community.
One year ago - TRASH - You're probably reading this right after you waited 30 - 60 minutes in line, only to find out that this Chipotle is not a drive thru or a restaurant you can walk into and order... you can only order through their mobile app, then wait in drive thru 60 minutes to pick up your order because their dine-in area is closed because of Covid. This was not announced on their website at this time. What good is it doing this business by restricting their customers this way? Im not amused with the attitude that the staff took with me after I waited 60 minutes just to learn this. They were happily busy walking by the window going out of their way not to make eye contact with me as I waved at them... Wasted my time here once. I won't do it again. Beware apps that take your personal information...
