If I could leave zero stars I definitely would. Food is flavorless & staff is unprofessional and rude. This place has given me racist vibes not once but twice now. I only came back to give them a second chance but this is my last straw with them. The first time the older women with grey & black hair was refusing to give me a side of sauce that they have in the corner for takeout orders, she tried to tell me she doesn't like the sauce. But it's my food, who tells someone how to eat their own food that I paid for, she finally gave it to me with an attitude as she placed it on the counter when my hand was out to take it. 2nd time (same women)I came to try something different as the first meal ( pad thai) was very bland. I asked for chopsticks (which she never put in my bag the last time or this time, most likely because she assumed I didn't know how to use them) she says "are you using the fork, if not give it back" I was so appalled I said "I've already touched the fork", she comes from behind the counter and tries to put her hands inside of my bag to grab the fork out and says " I don't want to waste it" keep in mind this is a plastic fork .... I closed the bag and did not give it to her, as I mentioned it's completely UNSANITARY to take the fork to use again. If you have a business where you cannot give out a plastic fork or sauces you should not be in business. Completely unprofessional and rude. I recommend going to Tida Thai on constitution dr they are much cleaner, fancy decor, the food is amazing, fresh, and stupendous...

Ordered from here today and got the pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, and Massaman Curry. It was ready quick and I took it home. I'm vegan and specifically requested a vegan meal. Even made sure they knew what vegan meant, which they assured me they did. The rice and pad Thai looked delicious but unfortunately, once we separated our portions there was egg in both. They admitted they made a Mistake and offered to replace the food when I call and even threw in an order of eggs rolls. Which normally would have me bump my review up. Once we got the second portions. We took a look and found the portions to be smaller and the food did not looked cooked correctly (rice was almost yellow, missing the raisins, and cashews, pad Thai was red and almost had a tomato taste). Both of those items tasted bland. My guess is they remade them in a hurry and didn't cook them with any seasoning. The Massaman curry was great though and the eggs rolls were okay. But that doesn't make up for the mistake and the gross second round of...

This restaurant is tucked away in the Kemp's Rover shopping center by Dollar Tree. It's a hidden gem with great athai food. Not too many tables and some area to sit at the bar by where the food items cooked. They have a menu and there are specials on the walls in cute art. I really like the way they encourage you to ask about the food, so that you get something you like.

Their iced tea was awesome! Nice and strong. The fresh spring rolls were packed with greens and even a bit of cilantro or basil. They were really good and the sauce went well with them. I also ordered the woon sen soup, it was perfect! Great broth and tender chicken, the cabbage and mushrooms were fresh. I loved the white pepper sprinkled on top.

Inside the restaurant was clean and tidy. The specials on the walls were neatly written and engaging. The staff was really friendly. It was very...

A hidden gem, in a corner of a small strip of stores, among UPS, dollar store and a CBD store, is where you find Jen Thai Cuisine. Upon entering you can tell locals love this place. 3 tables were already occupied with folks enjoying their dinner. As my friend and I were seated, there were plenty more people coming in to pick up their carry out orders. The place is cozy, clean slightly needing more light although one can argue it’s dimly lit for the ambiance. My friend ordered the eggplant and shrimp dish. I ordered the Pad Prik Sod which is fried tilapia fillet smothered in brown sauce with veggie cuts. I chose mild. The dish was visually appetizing, smelled wonderful. The slight disappointment was when the dish was tad too salty! The service was wonderful, we were asked whether I want more of the hot green tea I got. My friend’s ice water was replenished each time.

I know I’m in America, but when I go places in this country I always have to find a place that has some good Thai food, I can’t help it!!! This place though, man they’re awesome. I ordered Tom Yum chicken with rice and it was good, but after they knew I’m Thai they took it to another level!! I got 2 bowls of Tom Sab (not on the menu, probably workers' meal), coconut jello, and a Thai omelette on the house!! They said “You need strength for work girl, eat up!” Oh my gosh that Tom Sab was AMAZING, it literally made me miss Thailand. 🥹🥹 I chatted with them for a while and when I was about to leave they said “You’re staying at a hotel near by right? Come, it’s cold to walk, I’ll drive you there!!” Are you kidding me!!!? Let me tell you peeps, Thais’ generosity is at the top of all. Especially with food sharing and hospitality!!! Thank you guys. ❤️❤️
