My review is on customer service on a PARTICULAR day.
So I received my order from a young woman who seems to be in a supervisor position by looking at her uniform.
After I got home to set the food up on the counter, I realized that an item was missing from my order.
I was kinda perturbed, because I had to drive back and remedy the situation. On top of, I had just received a phone call to pick up my elderly mom at TJ Maxx.
But mistakes happen. So I was still ok at that moment.
So after I return to red ribbon, I specifically ask for the young lady who gave me my food.
I tell her I am missing an item from my order and then she proceeds to go to the food display and bag my missing item.
No apology for my inconvenience whatsoever.
Where do they train these people? Robot school?
But instead of fixing my wrong order immediately, she places my missing item on the counter behind her so she can help other customers.
What the HELL? Can’t this supervisor fix a previous customer’s problem before helping a new customer!??
So I am just staring at my item on the counter for a hot minute and felt I been patience enough since I had to DRIVE back and get my missing item with family members still WAITING to be picked up.
Is it that hard just to walk 15 ft and hand me my missing item to me? Come on. It’s not like the place is swamped with customers. Only 3-5 customers were waiting to order.
I had to make some noise to get this clueless supervisor’s attention.
I mean can we fix Red Ribbon’s mistake first here?
She then proceeded to blame the male cashier at the time when she was the one who delivered my food to me. Really?
I was just not happy at that point with the customer service, that I just wanted a refund.
If I only got an apology when I first walked in, I probably be ok with all these inconveniences.
But instead, my missing order is just placed on the counter by a supervisor who happened to deliver my food and pointed blame at her employee instead.
Of course I only get an apology AFTER I requested a refund.
If you read this far, I applaud you, because you must care a little about customer service obviously.
Most wont waste time reading this whole post, I understand that.

Most of the time, customer service is pretty decent. Nice friendly staff.
Food establishments; just correct YOUR MISTAKES first before it’s business as usual.
It will create more loyalty and improve customer service and the bottom line.
Red ribbon needs better training. This was a supervisor for freaking sake.
Also you need to eat a pack of Mamon for the first few days because it will get moldy green in a week.

Read moreI have been in this bakeshop for at least 3x now. Nothing has changed. The Mocca, Sansrival and Yema Caramel are good cakes. We didnt like the Mango too sweet and overpowering as far as taste i think thy overdid the cream. The ensaymada is too doughy it tasted uncooked or didnt have enough time to rise or not baked enough in the oven. It did not have any butter on it and a sprinkle of sugar. The Empanada had too much filling of grounded meat, they should have included some veggies in example carrots, peas etc... The meat is too grounded they could have used pulled pork, beef, or chicken not grounded. The empanada dough is too thin they could make it more thicker and with a crunchy crust. The Butter Pandesal doesnt taste like a pandesal and it didnt taste any butter in it, all it copied to the real pandesal is the bread crumbs sprinkled on it. Its just an ordinary roll. The mamons are good with their different flavors. The arrozcaldo tastes gamey i thought i was going to barf. There was no innnards in it but it tasted like a wet dog. You guys got beat by the goto stores and arrozcaldo stands in Blumentrit or sides streets in the Phillippines. The service anytime you buy there please count what you buy and the prices they always make mistakes in charging us. This happened to us every time we go there and its hard to get refunds. Read moreBought BUTTER MAMON last Sunday, 6/6/21. Ate one the next day and it has molds open 3 other mamons and they all have molds. Called and complained but the supervisor said when the product leaves their store, it's not their problem anymore. He even blamed me that I might have left it in car that is not cool enough for the products. I traveled 2 hours to go try their store and that's what I'll get from them? I was fuming mad that he blamed me for not putting it in the refrigerator right away. Well of course it's not in the refrigerator because I don't have one inside the car. And molds don't accumulate within that 2-hour period of travel. And was it in the refrigerator while in their store? No! He kept giving me a very insincere apology, like "sorry you bought it, it's out of hands the moment you left our store." That's how he put it. I got so mad I threatened to report them to TULFO. A few minutes later, he called back asked me to take pictures of the mold before they give me a refund. Then whoever is beside him told him to just give me my money back. My throat has been so itchy since I ate that stupid mamon... never again will I buy anything from them. Will I recommend that store? NEVER!
