This was meant for Tropical Smoothie Food was delish. The guy at the counter was kool calm and collected even thou it was a million people in and out of there. Cooks were moving fast butttt I knocked off 2 stars because... They have a min of 9/10 people in the store. Kool but the poor cashier guy was kinda shouted rudely at to "not let any one else in right now" but with in a 45 second or less of that time while the cashier was taking orders and grabbing food to give out. 3 people left but he didnt see' so he told the next person hold on were not letting any one in right now, the manager(?) Was like yes we are we have like 5 people in here?! Um yes becuz 3 just left and ur very busy cashier just didnt happen to see them leave and was just informed not too long ago to hold the line and didnt have a moment to do a head count in 20 second. Not to mention there is a sign on the door that says it so... i actually opened the door when i got there saw about 8 or 9 people so nicely closed the door and waited out side for a person to come out. NEXT. I did not mind the wait (sooo much i know they were busy but i was on a 30 min lunch break and so i was in there waiting for atleast the whole 30 mins waiting for my food. 20 mins in, my wraps came, kool i see them busting butt so i know they are going as fast as can be but waiting on my smoothies...wellllllll they never called my name! A second time around for the smoothies. Im Standing like 5 feet away from the register seeing people who came in after me come and go and didnt complain becuz i figured maybe my watermelon smoothie was a hot seller ....nope they just put the smoothies in The fridge as if I was not even there. I know 100% my name wasnt called for the smoothies. I know they were busy and i should have asked about it. (I was about 3 mins away from questioning it.) But i just assumed they were that busy my smoothies were just taking a little longer and i dont like to be THAT kinda person. Needless to say. There may be a whole lota traffic, but it has a ton of parking... trust me, you will want to stop by. Now, after they took out the K-mart, I, too, was a little leary on how this HUGE shopping center was going to stay afloat! It is the quality of the products, and the service is bar none! If you want fast food, hit Burgar King, Taco Bell, or Arby's. Panera is still there, and if you want to sit down and watch a movie while you're engrossed in it, Cinema Draft House is always serving up something hot, cold, and delicious and so satisfying! If you and your family want to go out to eat, stop by Outback Steak house! You can't make a trip without hitting the Family Dollar, or if your vacuum is busted, Tidewater Sew and Vac is always around to fix your Kirby, Dyson, and a mess more of different types of sucker-uppers! If you are in need of some money, there are 3 banks in this shopping center and they all have wonderful service! 😊 🤔 I almost forgot, if you need something such as pet food or grooming services, they got you at the Pet Warehouse or the one across the street! My sister and I went to Cinema Cafe at KemsRiverCrossing. We saw the " Avengers ". The viewing was great. The theater was very clean. The food was excellent and very filling. This particular movie was two and a half hours long and it took me almost to the end of the movie to finish my nachos and they were served to me before the movie ever started. My sister had the fried shrimp basket. Both meals were excellent, very tasty and filling.
