Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I never leave reviews but I order from them like 3 times a week at times and I have a camera outside my house so the tracking is accurate. People need to note that even on the app it states that some delivery drivers don't have the tracker..with that being said...I ordered a meal yesterday and I woke up to an email from them saying their delivery was not up to their standards and actually gave me an option to redeem 60 points for a free pizza or 50 percent my next order...they look out for their customers and they have expectations that they clearly take seriously. The app is so easy to use and the customer service is amazing! The drivers are all also amazing...I ordered a pizza like right be4 close time and when the lady delivered it she had a smile on her face an I actually apologized for ordering so late and her response was hey that's what we're here for and it just made me feel so happy...the food is never ever bad ! No wonder why I order from here several times a week lol ...I never went to any of the other domino's stores and I'm sure they are good but if u want the best quality and service this is the place to go!!!!!!!! I love u my philly cheese steak pizza and lava...

I arrive to pick up my order. I was told it was coming out the oven. About 7 minutes later the pizza guy told me they had given it to some one else. Offered to remake it and throw in a browine. Told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I said that was fine .. about 15 minutes later... 5 minutes after I see the pizza arrive back at the store. I get my pizza with an extra box (I assume is the brownie) . I open it up to find out it's some else's pizza with another name on it. So he takes it back in side then comes back out and tells me they never made the brownie. So he offers me 5-10$ in store credit on my account. I get home 5 minutes away in kempsville . The pizza it warm not hot and is sticking to the box. I believe this was not remade. Just reheated under in a hot box and then given to me. Makes sense why they forgot the brownie. I never had a problem over the past five...

Last Friday evening I ordered from here. I work overnight and decided to place an order for delivery approx 5 mins before them closing. I assumed they would have said they weren’t taking anymore deliveries but they decided to take my order. I knew I was taking a risk by it being so late but I went and place my order I got (2) order of wings cheesey bread w extra chz and a salad. The food arrived 20 mins later and what I receive was awful. My cheesy bread was old and didn’t have extra cheese my wings weren’t cooked extra crispy like I asked which they told me it would be an longer wait time also my salad was old the lettuce was brown. I know retail and they main focus is customer service and I was very disappointed. I spent 40 plus dollars with your franchise plus tip. I was hoping to at least get a refund or my food freshly cooked and sent out again I even have pictures...
