First and foremost the lady on the phone is very rude !!! She kept arguing with me when I told her I didn’t want meat because I’m vegan . I only wanted vegetable and noodle . She kept repeating back “ no vegetable no meat “ after I told her numerous of times I said “ Noodle and vegetable only “ . Eventually she yells and tells me “ that’s what I just said “, even though it wasn’t . So after 5 minutes of disputing my order she finally decided to ask me am I paying cash . Which she never stated when I first called that they only take cash she let me sit on the phone and correct my order 20+ times cause she kept trying to argue with me , not once did she mention me needing Cash . So then I let her know I can pay in cash I have to go get it first though. Then this lady tells me “ call when you have the cash then I’ll place your order I’m not placing till you have cash “. My favorite place. That review underneath is most likely a competitor or somebody who was a rude customer because everything she said is a straight up lie. They have gone to extreme measures to ensure safety and have a plexiglass window with a microphone closing off the kitchen from the dining room, and food is placed in a pass through box cut in the window, everyone in the kitchen is wearing a mask. The woman here is sweet, courteous and pretty cute as well. I have NEVER had a negative experience here, my food is always delicious hot and on point. Also, I have been a certified chef for 25+ years, so I know what I am talking about. Today I ordered thru DoorDash as I always have from this restaurant. Never have I complained that they NEVER provide utensils. Today, I put in special instructions to please add utensils. Also, coworker wanted sweet and sour chicken, but she does not like the red sauce, and she asked for Extra Duck Sauce. So I put to not send the red sauce and send EXTRA duck sauce. Thought they would send about 5-10. Nope - about 30. AND then I get an email from DoorDash that they charged me an additional $3.90 because of my special instructions. Are you kidding me!
