So here's my situation: I purchased the number 9 club sandwich. They made the sandwich perfect, except they forgot the bacon, so as I arrived home to eat my sandwich and realizing there was no bacon, I went back to the store. Upon my arrival, I spoke to the cashier at the front. I told her I would like a whole new sandwich instead of giving me extra bacon. She responded with the nastiest attitude in front of a customer that you cannot imagine. The vibe that I was given from her made me just want to walk out the store. That is not customer service! If they are going to have someone like that at the front of the store taking care of customers they should definitely get somebody better. Disappointed by how I was being treated, I asked for the manager and some guy who said he wasn't the manager came over and said "Hey chill out. I'll just make you another sandwich". First, I don't respond to the word chill out. Secondly, I'm a customer and you are going to talk to me with respect the same way I give it to you. Unfortunately, this place here with the customer service inside, I wouldn't recommend anyone come here. Go somewhere else. You don't need to come here and spend your money and get an attitude for a mistake...
Read moreOnly giving 1 star because I have to.We came in on Saturday 3/25/23 since they had just recently opened. We entered and a lady asked what we wanted to order. Her energy and look on her face was saying she didn’t want to be there( not knowing that she was the manager). We ordered 2 giant Philly Cheesesteak Subs. When we got home and bit into the sub I noticed that it really didn’t have much of a taste and it was a little dry. I opened both subs and realized there was only a little bit of peppers but there were only the green ones and no red. I called and the manager answered the phone and I explained to her the sub had little peppers and there was no red at all. She told me that the peppers are in a jar and that what they aren’t going to pick out a whole bunch of red peppers. She was so rude and had a smart mouth. I was so surprised that a manager would respond in that manner to a customer considering they are newly opened. We returned our food and got our money back. I suggest more training is needed on how to treat customers if there is an issue. We will never come here again and continue to spend our money at...
Read moreI came into jersey Mike's here at kempsville in va Beach and the employee Amanda disregarded the fact I didn't eat any meat as I told her first hand. As she made my food she did change gloves but I asked can she wipe the counter off before she makes my tuna sub. She refused as pieces of ham was on the counter. When I told her she was rude and disregarded my request. And she asked me not to point over the window which she was right and I understand. But I was showing her the meat on the counter as I told her at first I didn't eat meat. The disregard to my religious diet and her rudeness as how she spoke is what made me give a bad rating as I also didn't order anything after that. In the pass I never had this problem here.
