When the owners of a different Chinese restaurant moved on, and another family took over the location, we were sad that the quality went with the family that moved on. My son recommended Jumbo to us one evening when we wanted some Chinese food but weren't sure where the best place would be since our "usual" place wasn't going to be our usual anymore, and I am very glad he did. The family that runs Jumbo's seems really nice, the food is always hot and very tasty when we get it. Our favorites are the beef and broccoli, cheese wontons, cashew chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and the General Tso's chicken. We have been pleased with every order we have placed...

I tried this place because its 5 mins from my job and the reviews were good. This food was some of the most watery flavorless chinese I ever had. This would be a GREAT option for someone who is a bit more health conscious and is looking for chinese food with a low sodium intake or something. I ordered shrimp and broccoli and an order of wings. The wings were fried soft and shrimp sauce was BLAND. I gave 3 stars ONLY because it was hot and the service was nice and friendly. Jumbo is our favorite, no ONLY, Chinese restaurant! We have been enjoying this delicious carryout food for more than 20 years. There is a great menu selection to try and our special favorites are consistently great, always the same. This family business prepares our meals, just as if we were their family. Good food, great tastes, reasonable prices - like comfort food you can count on.
