I came in today Tuesday December 31st around 230..2:45pm. The guy that was there says he was manager at the time so I couldn’t get and information on who was general manager because he wouldn’t provided . He was a white make and says his name is Milo mylo whatever. He was very very rude and disrespectful when I came in. I had places two orders for pick up and when I came in he said he didn’t make the second order because they looked similar which they wasn’t it was 2 different orders…he begin to get disrespectful when I asked him why he didn’t make the second order. He got madder when I got upset and told me to “shut up while he was talking and not raise my voice even when he was in the wrong. He then says it’s going to be 15 minutes when I really didn’t have that much time because I was on break for work . He claimed he called and left 2 voicemails when I didn’t receive anything . He makes my food with an attitude and try’s to get me out the store when I was asking for general manager info to talk to some about his behavior . This is one of my favorite locations to come to because my food is always right but after how he treated me and the things he said I will NEVER come back to this location again. He had a attitude already when I came in so i absolutely didn’t do anything wrong when he should have made the order and had it ready when I came. I will keep checking to see if he still working there to make sure somebody does something about this situation. I’m the wrong one who to be playing with. Read moreI placed an order online and the promise time was set for 12:24PM (keep in mind I made a note to ring the doorbell). I get a call at 1:03PM from a Dave/David explaining that a driver came to my home but there was no answer. I told him that was impossible because I've been home this entire time and my doorbell is obnoxiously loud, so how did he show up and ring the doorbell without me hearing? And then I thought about something: don't the driver's have the customer's phone number?? So why wasn't I contacted that way? He went on to make more excuses. "Well, he did call you. I was standing right beside him. You weren't taking calls." Oh, really?? How did you see him call if he called from outside my house? And you got through on my phone, but he couldn't? Basically, they tried playing me for a fool and I assume it's because you typically get your order for free if it's late. Like, don't make me out to be a liar because YOU messed up. Just tell the truth and correct the problem. Then I get a coupon in the mail that's for DINE-IN only when I made my order online?? Pizza Hut doesn't have to worry about my business anymore. Read moreHonestly pretty bad experience, i ordered a pizza and some wings with a 20oz soda for pickup and when i showed up at the time i set they told me they were missing the sauce i wanted and the sauce for the wings, to top it off they also didn’t have the drink i ordered, i had to wait for them to bake a whole pizza and make the wings for another 20 mins. All of this could have been forgiven if the customer service wasn’t terrible, the guy behind the counter was obviously new and had no WPR skills whatsoever and made the experience even worse. He literally forgot to charge me. I reminded him that people pay for things and he took my money. I felt like not even buying the pizza and just leaving, they didn’t offer any compensation for my wasted time at all. Not even a coupon (which would have been fine if the customer service was good).
