I recently ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars, and unfortunately, I found a hair baked into the crust. I called the store to report the issue, and while they offered to remake the pizza, I couldn’t return to the store that day because I live too far away. I was told I could come back later to pick up the replacement pizza.
Fast forward to the next week when I returned to claim my pizza. The experience was disappointing, to say the least. The employees acted as if I was trying to steal the pizza from them, despite the fact that this was a replacement for a previously messed-up order. The manager on duty appeared extremely stressed out, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. It got to the point where I had to show him video proof of the hair baked into my pizza to prove that I wasn’t lying. I would never make something like this up—it’s just pizza, after all!
The entire interaction made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, and instead of an apology or a smooth process, I felt like I was being accused of dishonesty. This was not the experience I expected, and it definitely left a bad taste (no pun intended) in my mouth.
Needless to say, I won’t be rushing back...
Read moreI went there a couple weeks ago, waited 30 minutes in the parking lot with a new born and my young daughter in the car, did not receive my order. I went in the building to ask about my order, the cashiers did not give me any explanation of what happened to my order, and did not update me on when it would be done, so I figured they forgot about my order and were scrambling to get it together. After another 10 minutes, I asked for a refund. They delayed giving me one. After the second time I asked for a refund, I had to aggressively explain to the cashier to tell the manager supposedly getting me a refund that I needed him to hurry because I had to get back to my newborn and daughter sitting in the car. Eventually I received my receipt for a refund without an apology for the 40 minutes I wasted sitting outside of this location and no pizza to feed my family. We didn’t even have time to stop to get food anywhere else because as soon as I got my refund my newborn baby started crying ready to be breastfed. A trip that was only supposed to take 20 minutes tops turned into an hour. They are completely inconsiderate for their customers and need better...
Read moreOrdered pick up from drive thru and approximate wait time was 30 minutes which was understandable because it was really busy. We waited and after 40 minutes I walked inside to check the status. The girl at front looked for my order and let me know only 1 of 4 pizzas was made and it would be another 20 minutes. Not angry I let her know I couldn't wait another 20 min and asked for refund. She had to get manager to assist which was fine. Manager was cool and processed my refund. The reason I give 2 stars is for the employee of month in back that was loudly stating when you order online it gives you the wait time...basically upset I needed a refund because I could not wait ANOTHER 20 minutes and being loud enough everyone could hear her. We order from little ceasars enough to know it normally doesnt take over 30 minutes to complete a order however I was ok with the fact it was not meant to be for us to eat pizza. I was not angry, I never raised my voice, the girl in the front was helpful as well as manager but to the angry chick in the back...chill out dude. We had limited time to see my mom on her birthday. It was nothing...
