My friend reserved a table at this place for girl's night. We arrived and the security guy directed us to a table where a lady took our names. No welcome. She very rudely told us that only 2 of us got in free and we had to pay $20. My friend already paid $75 for a deposit. The security guard told us we were all ok not to pay and lady became snappy. The security guard began to walk us to our section through a raggedy and empty bar. The music was horrible we were ok... There may have been 20 ppl in the whole place. ..staff included. Then the guy who reserved the table came over and basically try to throw us out saying only 2 got in free. It wasn't the money it was there approach. The whole thing was tacky and unprofessional. We were going to buy a bottle, food and drinks. We decided to leave bc we did not appreciate the way we were being treated. The guy gave my friend her money back n very rudely told her he would sell the table anyway. A nice guy named Mike came out and tried to apologize and offered to lower the rate from 20 to 10. Again it wasn't the money it was the treatment. This place is tacky raggedy and surely not worth a $20 cover or rudeness....

What kind of place calls itself a lounge, yet after you get your drink you cant stand at the bar? Everyones standing around awkwardly and the only tables in there that arent vip, you still gotta pay for, on top of the $20 cover charge. Drinks were alright for the 5 seconds i got to enjoy it. They have an express line to get drinks at the bar which you cant stand in after you get your drink which was fine i guess. So i go around the bar to a side where no one is standing and security comes up and tells me i need to move like i was already told 5 mins ago by the other guy. So im already done with it at this point i finish my drink and leave. Drinks are whatever, service is okay, staff is rude af, and their policies are out of touch, inept, and clearly reminiscent of high school parties where you pay to get in but dont know why you did after you get in. Dont give your money to this place, leave it to whoever wants to flex at the tiny vip tables...

I ordered food to go. It was a bit before normal lunchtime. I must say they must be clean because the bleach smell was STRONG. Someone was mopping. I hope she wears a mask in the future. That bleach can have long-term effects, though I do appreciate the cleanliness. On to the food. I ordered Jerk chicken, cabbage, and plantains. The Jerk chicken was spicy with a hint of sweetness. I was going to eat only half, but ended up eating more. The cabbage was a bit different. I've had it with carrots before, but it also had bits of green beans. It was different, yet tasty. They were firm, not mushy, which is how I prefer it. The plantains were good. I prefer them with the crispy ends, but they were still soft and sweet. Overall, I enjoyed the food. I'll have to...
