I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the consistently poor experience I have had at your McDonald's restaurant located at 601 First Colonial Rd. The level of service and professionalism exhibited by your staff has been nothing short of abysmal, and it has greatly impacted my daily routine and overall perception of your establishment.
To begin, I must address the issue of your restaurant consistently opening late every day, sometimes up to 30 minutes to an hour past the scheduled opening time. This ongoing problem has caused a significant inconvenience for me, as I rely on your establishment to kickstart my day with a quick breakfast. Arriving at the designated opening time only to find the doors locked and the lights off has become a frustrating and all-too-familiar occurrence.
However, what truly exacerbates the situation is the attitude and demeanor of your employees when they finally do open the restaurant. Instead of being greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to serve customers, I am met with angry and annoyed individuals who make it abundantly clear that they have no desire to be making food or attending to the needs of customers. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also disheartening as a loyal customer.
I find it perplexing that you would choose to own a restaurant if you and your employees do not have the intention or inclination to cater to the needs of customers. It is disheartening to start my day feeling like my presence as a customer is an annoyance to you and your team. As the only McDonald's in our neighborhood, I had hoped for a reliable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.
Therefore, I kindly request that you consider selling your restaurant to somebody who is genuinely passionate about the food service industry and who will prioritize customer satisfaction. I believe a change in ownership could bring about the necessary improvements and restore the reputation of this McDonald's location.
As a concerned customer who has had numerous negative encounters, I urge you to take my feedback seriously and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation. Your attention to this matter would not only benefit me but also contribute to the overall satisfaction of customers in our neighborhood.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues promptly and restore the quality of service that I, as well as other customers, expect...
Read moreWe usually place big orders when we go to McDondalds, bc we have 7 people in our family. For this experience, we had 5 people in the car. I try to give any restaurant a break if the order is messed up, bc we have a big order and everyone makes mistakes. Surprisingly, the order itself was perfect. (Kudos!) The problem was that we ordered two hotcake platters (pancakes) and we received one fork. Not a big deal, just run inside and grab another one. Except this particular location, the inside is closed right now bc of COVID and the drive thru line is still wrapped and around the building. A man in a car next to us (we parked to check the order) is clearly having the same problem as he walks up to the door and is trying to figure out what to do. In the end, we did not want to wait in the drive through for a fork, so I called the restaurant to explain. The person who answered stated to go to the door and they would bring us a fork. Went to the door, awkward wait bc no one comes for about 4 min, get the fork, and we are now good to go. As we get settled (car window is still open), we hear a lady talking to the employee (who was not quick enough in closing the restaurant door) about her messed up order.
I do not get upset if an order is messed up, it happens. However, it would be outstanding customer service if there was a way to easily fix a messed up order. Going back through the drive through is a waste of a customers time, though in this case, necessary to make the correction. I do appreciate the fact that the employees realized this and brought us the fork and again, had the overall...
Read more720 pm I order #9, filet of fish bundle, 6pc chicken nuggets. When paying the girl repeats my order and I find the that the chicken nuggets have bn bundled because they are the cheaper item so I cancel the filet of fish bundle. At the window I look in my bag and tell them I don't want the bundle for the chicken nuggets and to remove the extra fries off my bill. The person(female) with an attitude gets the alledged manager (another attitude) and she comes to window in explaining the story to her I make the mistake and say I ordered a sprite instead of orange soda. And she states you just said you ordered a sprite. Then she says so you want 1.21 (for fries)and I say yes!! Her attitude is as if I have done something wrong. So she sends the window person to the window to ask me for my bag and I ask for what? I'm told so she can go in the bag and get the fries out!! I let her know the she would not be putting her hands anywhere near my grandsons food after passing her the fries back. I decided I do have a choice how my money is spent so I decided to get a refund. I must add this McDonald's is in my neighborhood and would be convenient however with the madness that took place will make me refrain from here. Also this is not my first encounter with this McDonald's perhaps I need take my grandson before I get in my neighborhood!!! I did think a manager's job was to correct whatever occurred that...
