I ordered a Homewrecker Burrito with a side of queso to go so I'd have dinner to eat while at work. I haven't been to Moes in several years and I was craving some of that cheesy meaty goodness, so I'm sitting at work, minding my own business, chowing down on my burrito, when I get to the final bite. so I take this last bite and wash it down with a sip of my dr pepper that I bought before my coworker left, and then It Begins. there's a heavy weight in my stomach- like I've just consumed a neutron star. it hurts to breathe, im getting hot flashes and the hiccups. it hurts to sit up straight. I lay down on the floor, sobbing hysterically, and pass out. I awake half an hour later due to my friend blowing my phone up bc all I had texted her was "Burrito Backfired". Read more"Food was terrible"I have an idea to fix these issues, because we the American people are getting sick of wasting our money on inadequate service and food.
How about putting an effort in training these people on customer service, and how to properly prepare orders. This is exactly where the problem is. Placing people before they are ready in positions, because they are cheap labor.

I asked if there was any other lettuce as an option, she answered with "yes". I thanked her a few times as I appreciated fresh lettuce from the choice that was on the bar. She then added the WILTED lettuce to the new lettuce she just gave me and put it up for serving. I am now eating my food and the lettuce that was "fresh" tastes like dirt on the ground (truly - I mean this in the politest of ways). They need better staff with smiles and...
