Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Very disappointed. I have been coming to this location for about 6 years and I never left unsatisfied until this situation .

I ordered two large pizzas for a family night at my house. When arriving, I was greeted, cool cool. Then when I got my pizza's the cashier just handed them to me. Normally, they show the pizza to make sure it was . . what we ordered, but not this time. As I was opening the boxes, I asked for Parmesan cheese. Let me remind you that I ordered TWO large pizzas. TWO. . and she gave me TWO parmesan packets. . for a family. HAHA. I asked for another one and she gave me an attitude and handed me ONE more. HAHA.

I contacted Papa Johns and they said that "they have a packet limit" But what makes it . . a bad situation is that the employer did not explain it. Rather than catching an attitude, an explanation would have been so much better.

The only reason I gave 1 star was so I could leave a review. I live in a campground. I also work here. It’s one of the nicest in the area. When the delivery driver arrived, I was called and told I had to go to the front to pick up my pizza. I told the driver I asked for delivery. Not pick up. The driver told me that it’s the campground’s rule they can’t deliver to sites. As I mentioned before, I work here and know that is not a true statement. Needless to say. When I got to the front to “pick up” my pizza, the driver was gone. I called the store to talk to the manager and this very young manager told me I would have to wait for another driver to deliver my pizza. Not only had I already waited, how hot do you think my pizza would be? I would not recommend ordering pizza from this place. I’ll be sure when guests ask who has the best pizza delivery in the area, to tell them don’t order from...

Horrible, we called our order in and we were told about 15-20 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes, as we were just at the KOA up the street. When I get to the store the person up front told me another 30 or 40 minutes, he said my order was on the bottom with 14 orders ahead of me. He also told me not to go by the time you get when you call (the call center is in some far-away place) because they have no idea of the actual prep times in the store. Now if they don't know how long it takes in the store why is the call center handling the calls...wait I know, because the store is too busy to answer the phones. Didn't care for the whole vibe in the store. 10 or 15 minutes extra are fine, but when your order is not even in process..forget about it. This review is about my experience only yours...
