Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

WARNING: the WORST Pizza Hut ever! I've had the worse experience with this Pizza Hut ever, so much that I'm done with Pizza Hut altogether. Starting off, if you order delivery it is very slow. Whatever the expected time says, add another 30-45 minutes. I ordered Pizza Hut for dinner and it took almost 2 HOURS. After waiting so long the food came not hot at all and I could tell by the sauce and cheese that my pizza sat for a while. Called and they remade the order only to have the same exact situation all over again. Talking to the MANAGER after the second time, she had no sympathy or customer service mentality whatsoever. The manager miss lead me by saying she would give me a store credit instead. I contacted the Pizza Hut "contact us" to report the situation and my dissatisfaction with no response. Weeks later I decided to give them another try since I had a "store credit" and thought it would make no sense in not trying to use it. When I called to place the order and redeem the "store credit" I got the Pizza Hut CALL CENTER. I was informed it was no "store credit" so I asked to speak with a manager. The Pizza Hut Call Center MANAGER immediately had an attitude, didn't feel she had to actually listen and over-talked me the whole time. She would only state the policy of "remake or credit" which made no sense seeing how that is actually what was going on. The manager HANGUP on me as I was trying to explain the situation to her. After doing research I was able to find a CORPORATE contact number in which I called. While that person was so much more customer friendly, I was promised more vouchers to Pizza Hut and never received them ether. Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza place but now I will not buy from Pizza Hut again. If I could give ZERO...

I used to order carryout all the time but this time I wasn't feeling well and decided to get delivery. As soon as my order is placed I received a call. Mam we don't deliver there after dark. When I asked why all I got was attitude and that it was company policy and has been for 10 years. I asked why several times again and finally the guys said its because their drivers have been shot and robbed. I said that's BS. To my knowledge we haven't had anything like that happen in our area as long as I have lived here. I asked to speak with manager. She confirmed this info. I told her the same thing and asked why in 10 years has no one questioned if anything has changed in this area. She said she would look into it. I asked for the GM info to look into it too and changed my order to carryout. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes so I left as soon as I got off the phone. I only live around the corner so I was there in less than 5. As soon as I walked in I could hear what I could only imagine was the same manager mocking me and our conversation in a high pitch voice from the back of the store to other employees. I looked at the counter employee and said is that the manager? He said yes. I said please get her up here. I said "I just heard you mocking me and our conversation back there." She said no it wasn't me. Really?! I just heard you from up here. She then admitted to it. I said cancel my f'ng order I will never eat here again and walked out. The food was always pretty good but the customer service is a joke....

Do not order delivery from this location.. the first time I ordered they didn't have items that they had available online but instead of calling me about it they just decided to change the order..when I wanted a refund I couldn't get it because I paid cash so they agreed to remake the pizza and send it back to me which I agreed to and then they further told me they would attach a credit ..I debated whether to ever order again because of all the issues with customer service that I had that night but I decided to once again give them a try and find out that the credit was never applied. Further I found out that they didn't know who work the night that I ordered that it probably was a manager in training ..when I asked them to get with that manager and get back with me they said they would have tried but they didn't know if they could get a hold of them and then I asked to speak to the general manager and of course they couldn't give me that information and also told me that she was out right now on leave also told me that she was out right now on leave...so bottom line a bunch of headaches the worst customer service and credibility that I've ever come across for delivery especially as old a chain as Pizza hut is..the food itself was not bad but the time and effort and headache that it took to get the food is not worth it not at this location and if you have any problems God forbid please make sure you have a lot of patience because you're going to get a lot of excuses with a...
