Riley and Maggie literally made my day and my sons whole week probably⦠My son is autistic and oftentimes doesnāt understand the logic when we tell him only a few more minutes buddy, and weāll get you what we promised⦠he doesnāt get that concept⦠well, we have had a bit of a rough day with Dayne getting upset very quickly all morning⦠but to skip to the point⦠Ms. Riley and Ms. Maggie are amazing and caring and I was there five or ten minutes before they were to open for the day and I parked in 7-11 and ran over to the window and explained what I was dealing with Dayne being so upset and they w/out hesitation was like what can we make him??? And it was just a small ice cream in a cup and I had it in hand 5 seconds later no questions asked⦠They are angels to say the least, they made our day heās still so happy after finishing it all⦠just wanted to give them the praise and appreciation they deserve because that was so selfless and so amazing especially because Iāve been told sorry maāam, thereās nothing we can do when my son is just simply upset inside of a store or restaurant in general so just wanted to say THANK YOU, LADIES AND WE APPRECIATE YOUR SWEETNESS AND GENEROSITY!!! The flavor I requested was the hot cocoa (hot chocolate). I have always have it made to order when not on the ātodayās flavor ā list. At other visits here Iāve been assured that flavor is always available, they just have to make it and it take less than 15 minutes. Every time I visit there is an issue and the staff all struggle as if they canāt comprehend how to scoop ice into a cup. My orders have been wrong, really wrongā¦like completely different flavor than I requested as if they just didnāt even try. Sometimes you can order 3 flavors in the same cup, sometimes you canāt and they refuse more than 2ā¦depends on the day and whoever it is taking your order and if they feel like doing it. Even if you literally buy a quart of iceā¦.in the winter time they claim 10pm is their closing time but ignore people in the drive thru or at the walk-up window after 915. Literally will walk by and take the trash out as if they donāt see you standing there. It just seems like this place is very poorly managed and they just donāt care like the old...
