This starbucks for me Is probably a no go anymore. I have visited about 4 times as my nail shop is in the same center. Today was my determining factor. The gentleman whom I dealt with during my drive thru order was phenomenal at that moment. I got a peppermint mocha tweaked some he asked if I wanted whip cream and I said no. Upon getting my drink at the drive thru wondow it felt cold at the top of the cup (ordered extra hot) I lifted the lid and there was whip cream if I consumed whip cream cool I'd pull off but I don't. So I park and go back inside a girl looks at me and keeps doing what she is doing and doesn't even ask what I need help with so I move to a different part of the counter and the gentleman notices me I show him and then point out the sticker where it said no whip. He seemed to have an attitude that it has to be remade he takes the wrong one and goes and dumps it and someone makes my new one. It tasted like MILK no peppermint no mocha no blonde espresso taste just watery milk. At this point I'm over it and have to go to my appt so I just left. Almost 100% positive I'll NEVER go back to...

We had a nice little argument inside the store about two identical drinks Iâd ordered and one clearly had cold foam on it?? Neither were ordered that way, she insisted that the foam âfellâ into the drink. Thatâs fine however neither were ordered with foam and she clearly wasnât understanding me. Iâve ordered on the app for drive thru pickup from home and arrived at the store 2-5 mins after the apps says my drink will be ready only to have several baristas say âyouâll have to wait we just got it.â Now this might be an issue with the app but the attitude Iâm getting definitely isnât. Iâm so disappointed in this location. They need better management or more training because when I have to have my coffee remade at other locations...

They made my drink incorrectly, and when I politely asked them to remake it according to Starbucksâ Barista Promise, the woman at the window rudely gestured for me to hand it over, as if she was in a hurry. I handed the drink back, and when they returned it, they were still rude. All I asked for was extra ice in my Frappuccino, but when I received it, it looked more like an iced coffee because there was barely any ice. If they had made it correctly the first timeâwhich shouldnât be difficult, since itâs just adding extra iceâthey wouldnât have had to remake it.
