Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

My husband brought me here because its apparently "the best Starbucks in the area" while my drink was absolutely perfect and I couldn't agree more, the staff soured my experience. I hate that I even have to post thus after reading other reviews of how great the staff is. While the guys working Monday night where super friendly, prompt with service and made a great drink their choice of what to talk about was not for the work place with guests in the building. Store manager is awful! Staff is inexperienced! This is the closest starbucks store to us. We go out of our way to go to the Farm Fresh location to get our coffee when were near the house. They never get your drinks right, are are extremely rude when asked to remake and have even gone as far as being argumentative as blaming it on order being placed....How my Caramel Frap order was mistaken for a Caramel Frap (cream based) with 6, yes 6 shots of caramel, or how my double choc chip was turned into a java chip with vanilla is beyond me and not even the most blatant screw up. We frequent this Starbucks the most and the customer service is phenomenal! When my two year old daughter is with us she always tells them what she wants. (Today it was an octopus cookie and her first kids hot chocolate.) They are always patient with her trying to say what she wants with help from mommy when she can't quite say it. We've always been greeted warmly and told have a good day when we leave. My daughter's kids hot chocolate was at a temperature that she could drink it without us worrying about her burning herself.
