I worked for Starbucks for a long time and that means I have worked at a variety of locations. This location, by far, is the worst. Itās the worst Iāve ever been to. They consistently make drinks wrong. In fact I donāt recall there ever being a time where I recurved a drink that was made correctly. The person behind the bar making drinks (no matter who it is) is always distracted and mixing up orders and making drinks incorrectly. I get a simple drink with three main ingredients, an iced coffee. Every single time they get it wrong. The milk is wrong, the classic/flavoring is wrong, the amount of classic and flavoring is wrong, etc etc. I have gone in multiple times only to have the cashier not listen and then they wonder why they donāt get the drink orders right. I had to repeat my order multiple times just to still have it come out completely wrong. Itās unfortunate because this location is less than a mile away from my house and is therefore the most convenient location but I would rather drive 100 miles out of the way than go here one more time to have my drinks made incorrectly. They donāt listen, they donāt know what they are doing, they rush you through your order, and they are generally rude and uncaring. I just wish I could get the correct drink at least one time but I donāt see that happening anytime soon. If I could give this location negative stars I would! Please train your partners the correct way so that they are able to correctly make drinks or simply listen so that you might actually take down the correct order. After all my years of working at Starbucks Iāve never seen anyone mess up drinks consistently every single time. This wouldāve never been allowed at the location where I worked and it shouldnāt be the norm for ANY location. Starbucks is a great company with delicious drinks and itās a shame that this one location canāt seem to do their jobs correctly or efficiently. Donāt waste your time here, I can promise that you will be disappointed. Iced coffee with milk (coffee, ice, classic, milk) should not be difficult to make and should not, for any reason, be made incorrectly every single time I order it. Today we went to this location and ordered two iced coffees. Both iced coffees were supposed to be exactly the same and both were made completely different and both were incorrect. I could understand an incorrect drink here and there as they are only human, but what I cannot wrap my head around is the fact that the drinks are messed up every single time without fail no matter what the drink it no matter who is making it. Review: I feel compelled to share my recent experiences at several Starbucks locations, which have been nothing short of disappointing. Unfortunately, I must give a low rating due to the consistently poor service and disappointing quality of drinks.
At multiple locations, I encountered long wait times, even during non-peak hours. It seemed as though the staff were overwhelmed and understaffed, resulting in frustrating delays. It's disheartening when a quick coffee run turns into a time-consuming ordeal.
Moreover, the quality of the drinks left much to be desired. On more than one occasion, my order was prepared incorrectly, despite clearly stating my preferences. This lack of attention to detail not only resulted in wasted time but also a subpar beverage that didn't meet my expectations.
In terms of cleanliness, I have noticed a decline in the overall tidiness of these Starbucks locations. Tables were often dirty and cluttered, with used cups and napkins left unattended for extended periods. It was evident that the cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority, creating an unpleasant environment for customers.
The customer service experience was equally disappointing. I encountered unprofessional and unfriendly staff members who seemed disinterested in providing a positive experience. The lack of courtesy and attentiveness further contributed to my dissatisfaction with these Starbucks locations.
I understand that managing a busy coffee chain can be challenging, but these recurring issues indicate a lack of attention to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Starbucks has built its reputation on delivering quality beverages and exceptional service, but my recent experiences have fallen far short of those expectations.
I hope that Starbucks management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to address these issues. As a loyal customer who has frequented Starbucks for years, it saddens me to see such a decline in the overall experience. I hope for improvement in the future, as I believe in the potential for Starbucks to regain its reputation as a top-notch coffee establishment.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store really used to be a pleasant place to walk into. Most of the staff here are still genuinely nice. Though there are a couple of them now with genuine attitude problems. If you report a problem to the store manager and they know that it was you who made a complaint they will go out of their way to harass you for any little thing. I reported unprofessional behavior once and now there is a target on my head if I am here when that particular staff is. They have taken alot of measures to chase out people who do not buy anything and just "hang around". But one person in particular uses this as an excuse to treat anyone that she doesn't like as a kid an a strict private school classroom from about 50 years ago. I often have to go to the counter when I have placed orders on the app and they are having "down time" so they don't pay attention to the orders coming in. Sure enough if this happens, a few minutes later one particular staff will cone up to me telling me that I am either sitting incorrectly in the seat, or they are listening all the way across the store intently waiting to tell me that my language is not appropriate, I have no idea how they manage to hear me over all of their playing around and their loud music. God forbid after you've bought a 7 dollar drink and a 5 dollar piece of cake and their is bright sun shining in the windows and you close your eyes for three seconds they will come up to you and accuse you of "sleeping" in the store.
