My experience on 9/6/2021.. Arrived ordered a salad... asked for eggs as my protein.. Owner: We don't have egg... Me: Oh ok ( thinking they must be out) Spinach wilted...not fresh..
Owner finshed making the salad... put everything in the bag.. Got a fountain drink... watery no flavor..(hmm.. syurp must be low today) Ask for fork and knife... Owner: it's in the bag... Check the bag when get to the car...fork but no knife... return to store ME: may I have a knife please OWNER: we don't have knives... ME: ..so how am I gonna cut my salad OWNER: I don't know.. ME: that makes no sense... all the vegetables are whole.. I need a knife.... well can you cut it for me? OWNER: no ME: that's crazy... use one of the knives you use to cut the bread and cut my salad so I can eat it.. OWNER: No I can't do that.. you should know that's way it comes and we don't have knives! ME: ok then I don't want it..I want a refund OWNER: we don't give refunds.. So then I began to yell at him and tell him how rude he is.. and EVERY Subway in America has knives to cut things... I turn to use the rest room.. and of course..signs that say out of order! This is the rudest ..most disgusting run Subway... how you going to run a restaurant with NO operating restrooms? The facility is small and there is only one restroom... How is he an the other staff using the restroom.. washing their hand? *WARNING..DO NOT EAT THERE! VIOLATION PER HEALTH DEPT Heath Department Inspection supports my experience.. 22: 0820 (B) TCS food holding at improper temperature in sandwich display unit. Corrective Actions: PIC will discard TCS food that is at improper temperature if it is not used within 4 hours. PIC will monitor good temperatures of TCS foods in sandwich unit and will log cold holding temperatures three times a day.

Read moreIt's 104 degrees outside today. Major heat wave. I came to the store for lunch and was in line ordering a sub and asked for a water cup for some water. Bout to pass out from the heat and the lady behind the counter says " No,we dont have cups. We dont have water" . I look over and the fountain machine has water. So I purchased my combo and used my cup and got some much needed water. Im shocked that she/they were so stingy they couldn't offer a cup of water to a paying customer in this massive heat wave. After eating I went to use the restroom and it had an Out Of Order sign and was locked. I was there a few times this past month and it's always out of order. So I left with tuna fish on my hands to go grab my steering wheel and back to the job. That's so gross and rude. Restaurants are supposed to have restrooms. We know they just dont want to clean them.The employees are lazy and seemed racist or just had some kind of attitude. That...
Read moreJust drove 20 minutes to get some dinner. Passed by several other places just because we like subway so much. Arrived at 9:33 to find the doors locked and Open sign brightly lit. Store hours clearly posted 9am-10pm. After s few minutes two employees emerge in slow motion as though their feet were stuck in molasses. The young lady motions unceremoniously in silent words “were closed.” Because I can’t read lips I call and the guy who answers the phone is irritated “we close at 9:30pm”. Oh, well, you should change your door sign and your web site. The next thing I hear is click and then silence—hung up on me! Subway is a good place but I’ll bet the owner doesn’t know that he has two employees who don’t care and can’t depend on. Next time I won’t trust this store.
