If bartending were an Olympic sport, Ali and Cindy would bring home the gold EVERY time. From the second you walk in, you don’t just feel like a guest — you feel like family they’ve been waiting all week to see. Their energy is unmatched: Ali’s quick wit and smooth efficiency keep the bar flowing like clockwork, while Cindy has this incredible ability to read the room and make everyone feel like the star of the night.
The drinks? Absolute perfection. Not only do they mix cocktails with precision, but they make them with the kind of flair you only see in movies — we’re talking showmanship, style, and a splash of magic in every pour. Ali remembers orders like a mind reader, and Cindy makes recommendations that hit the mark EVERY time (seriously, it’s like she knows your taste better than you do).
But what really makes them legendary is the vibe they create together. Ali and Cindy don’t just serve drinks — they craft experiences. Whether it’s turning a casual Tuesday into the highlight of your week or making a Saturday night feel like Vegas came to town, they’ve got it down to an art.
Bottom line: if you’re not ordering from Ali and Cindy, you’re doing nightlife wrong. They’re the dream team behind the bar — the standard every other bartender wishes they...
Read moreDo yourself a favor, just don't use this hotel restaurant. Ordered a crab cake sammie at the same time as my friends. They get all their meals and the waiter comes out ten minutes later to tell me my crab cake had fell apart and they are making a new one.
10 minutes later, waiter comes out to tell me they have put a rush order on my crab cake. Which I feel should have been done in the first place... Plus, it's a freakin' crab cake, it don't take that long.
30 minutes later I get a crab cake, I pick up the bun to eat it, it falls apart. It was the same crab cake warmed up in a microwave (hot plate). Sent it back in disgust.
So, 40 minutes after all my friends got their food, I get a warmed up left over.
Pathetic.
Whomever the Restaurant Manager is for this place they have the easiest job ever, because they obvious just leave it to their waiters to deal...
Read moreAfter checking in to our room, we wanted a quick bite so we headed downstairs to the Cardinal. Their happy hour menu was exactly what we needed. The beef sliders were awesome and the drinks made by Paige were just as good. This is just a cool spot and the giant mural in the main room sets a laid back vibe which is perfect for the surrounding neighborhood. The cherry on top was when the bartender told us to come back later for the band that was playing. We took her advice and had a great time seeing a band called Sqwerv from Colorado. Nothing beats seeing music with your hotel room just an elevator ride away. We enjoyed a very groggy breakfast the next morning and it was amazing how they changed the dining room back to a proper restaurant. You wouldn’t even know there was a concert there just hours...
