Subway — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Let me start by saying I love this subway and most of the time I get great service but not this time I came in about 9:40 on 12/19/2023 to get a sandwich look like they were shutting down so I hurried up and ordered. The lady who made my sandwich was extremely rude . I understand as she very aggressively said she would be shutting down the store after this order I could tell she was ready to go and I understand that feeling so I was kind to her . I asked for extra onions have the receipt to prove this this women put 4 individual pieces of onion on my sandwich she put A VERY FEW more onions on my sandwich, I politely asked just a little more please , she said “ say when I don’t play the guessing game “ I told her when she thens proceeds to tell me “I hope your not kissing anybody after eating this “ I ignored her smart remark as again I understand she was ready to go home , I then had to asked her to put jalapeño on my sandwich after I had already ordered it she (with an attitude ) looked to see if I ordered this which I did ( it’s on the receipt) she put the jalapeños on my sandwich. I ignored all the outrageous rudeness as AGAIN I’m sure she was ready to go home . She gave me the sandwich and I said “thank you so much “ I kinda felt bad coming at 9:40 as I know they were shutting down so I went out my way to be kind even tipped them as I was grateful I was very hungry. Shen I grabbed the sandwich she said CAN YOU LET ME PUT THE NAPKINS IN THE BAD . I apologized and gave her the bag again. She put the napkins in I thanked her again. Up until this point I am not upset I completely understand it’s the holidays people want to be home with their families. I gave her grace for this reason . I went to leave and I saw in the reflection of the glass this lady flicking me off . There was NO REASON FOR THIS LADY TO FLICK ME OFF . I was kind to her . I tipped because I was grateful they took my order close to close . THERE WAS NO REASON FOR HER TO FLICK ME OFF AT ALL . I will be back everyday until I speak to someone above this lady . She looked like she was in her 40s and called herself the manager. I want the corporate number . I will be coming to this store EVERYDAY UNTILL SOMEBODY WITH IN CHARGE CALLS ME . She had no reason to miss treat me like this I will not stop until I...

The manager at this store is extremely rude. We had been in there a couple of months ago and the menu board had 2 different prices for the steak and cheese sub. She argued with us that the price was the greater of the two. We said no that the price that was 50 cents less was what we thought we were paying. When we visited again the same thing happened. She had not corrected the board "as she said". She argued with us again. Reluctantly she did give us the 50 cents back. Again we were in there the other day and she was once again rude. We ordered our food and went to sit down and all the tables were dirty. We used the napkins that were given to us with our food to clean the table. When we asked for more napkins, we were told we were given napkins with our food. We told her that we used those napkins to clean the table and she handed us "ONE" napkin. We go to this location because it is convenient to get to, but we may not because of her. She is not a good manager. I can't imagine how those employees even work with her. Also, she doesn't wear a nametag where it can be seen, so I could not address...

I went to a nearby Dollar Tree and decided to grab a sandwich during my lunch break. (Friday, March 3, 2023, around 2/2:15. As I entered, there was a female placing an order at a kiosk who left her credit card in the car and had to run back out. A male enters and is greeted automatically. I'm standing there waiting to be greeted or at least acknowledged, and neither lady behind the counter says anything AT ALL. I truly felt not welcome and unwanted. I understand they were in the middle of preparing orders. However, a simple "I will be right with you" would have been fine even after not greeting me as the customer who entered after me. I didn't say anything. I politely left and returned to my car and went to a nearby restaurant who was happy to have my lunch money.
