Subway — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I came for the first time at this location. I ordered two sandwiches. I could not believe when I got home the bread was old hard and you could not even bite into it? So I called that same day and asked the guy why is the bread old and hard? He said we can make a new set for you . I said ok great! So I came back today I told the girls about it that was behind the counter they said well the owner is there in a meeting? I said ok no problem I can Waite? I waited and waited???? They two girls behind the counter never told him I am waiting to speak with him so he can take care of my order? For over 45 minutes? This store owner made me Waite the he told me no we can't make the order over ??? I said what??? He said yea I can't do that? I told him the guy that helped me told me to come back in today so that I can get my sandwiches ? He said I never called? Then I asked the girl that waited on me yesterday if I called she said to the wired owner yes she did call. He still refused then keeps fighting with me about this ? The bread was weeks old hard and nasty like the owner!!! So was the meats they used!!! It's a dirty place they also would not honer any coupons??? Don't go here if you want good fresh subway sandwiches!!!! Find a better place to eat that honor the subway coupons and make fresh sandwiches!!! I wanted to tell him off but it is worthless when you have desperate business owners that will not give your your money back nore the food you paid for !! Go somewhere else away from corup business owners like this nasty location...they are very disrespectful, discrimination is applied if they don't like your color!!!this business owner wants to fight all his customers!!! Lol you should see how he looked as he fights with you over $ 20.00 dollars of sale ??? How desperate does he have to be ???? This nasty person will get his KARMA....thank you and be blessed everyone!!! Run from this nasty...

I get home: there are black olives on my sub (not 1 of the 4 subs we ordered had olives on it). I drive all the way back to the store, nobody in there except the 2 workers, no greeting of any kind. Told him what was wrong. Absolutely the ONLY words spoken to me the whole time I was in the store were "You want it remade?" He remade the sub, put it in a bag, slid it across the counter under the barrier, turned & walked away. No apology, no thank you, not a word. Older man (manager maybe?) stood & watched the whole time - not a word. I really did expect more from Subway. I hate to say it, but I get better customer service than that at McD's and...

It wasn't as bad as some it was okay definitely not worth the prices anymore the prices keep going up and they keep giving you a little less food each time it's gotten to be so it's not worth to go out to eat anymore must have got the money and if that's the case then you can afford it then you're welcome to it because they're just giving you a less for more money. Not only that the customer service there was slow the guy had to go cash out customers before he can finish my hot sub which was wrong but okay whatever they got to do I guess we're wrong...
