My husband and I went to Subway in Loehmanns Plaza. As my husband began to give his order the lady Ms. T. (short black lady with glasses... had on a mask, so her face was not exposed for more details) spoke over my husband telling him that she could not remember his order because she is working by herself. So my husband said each item one at a time for both of his subs. She began to make his subs with aggression. As I began to give her the order for the 3 subs that I was ordering, after she made the second sub, she walked away to let another employee in. When she began to make my last sub, she asked me if I have any more sandwiches to be made, I told her no and ask why she asked me. She stated with a nasty attitude, telling me that because there is a customer behind me that she need to get to. Then she began to make other remarks to me. Then with her nasty attitude, she proceeded to tell me that we did not like it, we can leave. We decided to leave, but I asked her name to make a complaint. I also asked for the owner of the location contact information, she grabbed a card and threw it on the counter at me. She blurted her name out and I did not understand what she said, so I asked her name again. Her response was, I already told you one time and walked to the back, while the other employee took care of the customer that was waiting behind me. As, I waited to ask the other employee what that lady name was.... the lady yelled from the back still making remarks at me, then saying, oh so yall still here. Threating to call security. I asked the other employee her name, she said that she does not know and that they call her Ms. T. I will be filing the complaint with Subway Corporation and will never visit that location or recommend anyone to that location. Read moreI typically have really good service here, and I’ve never had an issue until today! Me and my 7 year old go in, to get 3 subs, my sub, was a tomato basil turkey, bacon, guacamole wrap! After they put the meat on my wrap, I asked three times to have cheese put on, then I said ok, IL ask after they heat my sub up, I said can you toast my sub, both employees said no, we don’t toast these wraps, I said I understand, but I like my sub toasted and I’ve gotten like that at other spots, They literally sat there and argued with me about me getting my own wrap toasted, then after the wrap finally got put in and come back out, I had to ask again for cheese, the sandwich was still cold in the middle, not sure IL go back to this spot, didn’t understand the issue with heating my wrap up, I remained respectful and courteous, but believe I will take my businesses elsewhere; and avoid this spot!
