Wonderful gym! Very old school/body building vibe going on in there. They have black iron weights, chalk for the lifters, photos on the wall with fitness competitors and they even have competition scores for weight lifters at the gym who participate. This place is basically a gym rat's playground. It's beautiful! I actually came here to train as a trial with a personal trainer friend and I will definitely return. It's a bit pricey but they have various payment choices for frugal people like myself 😂😭. The staff are also very welcoming. Great gym- cleanest gym I’ve ever gone to- amazing family and friendly environment!! I’ve now going now over a year and have been training with Mercedes who rocks my world! Mercedes is an IFBB pro and produces champs!! No judgement - you can start at any level with her. If you give her 30mins she will change your life! She always greets with a beautiful smile and has a motivating attitude!! Her style of training is focused on the individual! I’ve been with a few diff coaches and can tell you she focuses every workout towards my needs. No back pain- no hip pain! Wish I could give this place 10 stars. Swear my testosterone went up just walking thru this gym.Not only did they have an original nautilus pull over machine,they had 2 others too. Literally like my dream gym.If you are bodybuilder or want to put on muscle,I cannot recommend this place enough.great machines old school,sweat and iron type of gym.The guy at the front desk was real cool.Can't wait till I come back next year💪 *update..Ive been back every year since..some how they even have more badass...
