I've been to this location twice, and the employees are consistently dreary and unfriendly.
The first time I went, I got something stuck in my throat. I could still breathe, so I left and waited an hour to see if it was ice (it would have melted in that time). No change, so I called the location to let them know in case thee was something up with the blender. The guy who picked up was very blasé about the whole situation and had the attitude that made me think he thought I was just trying to get a freebie. I don't blame him for that, but at least pretend, guy.
A year later, I come back thinking that the staff would have changed and things would be better. In a sense, they were: employees were still made up of unenthused teenagers, but at least the only issue was that my smoothie was icy and flavorless. I went back to complain, and the cashier was nice about fixing his coworker's mistake.
In general, I wouldn't recommend this location I love Tropical Smoothie, but not enough to go to a location that I know will give me one...

There are several occassions my daughter was called in on her day off to cover another employee shift and worked late evening on a school night. Manager doesn't care about the saftey of her employees because i have seen the shift manager locks up and hurry to their car while young teenagers waiting for their ride. I and other parents have stayed multiple occasions to ensure the employees are safe when closing.When my daughter put in her two weeks the manager was rude and said she was glad that she is leaving because of her poor work ethics. The statement is unethical and false. If her work ethic so poor why give her longer hours. You dont train your employees and you threatened her. The problem is not my daughter its poor management. Read moreSo it has been like 5 years since I've been to this particular chapel smoothie, so coming in to this visit I ordered what I ordered my order came up to 8:35 I handed the cashier $10.35 so she made a mistake and handed me the change and I said ma'am I gave you a 10 so as she's trying to get certain managers to open up the register none of the managers or the leads ever said hey I do apologize for the way but thank you the only person that said thank you or sorry but the cashier that made that mistake. It was the leaves and the manager who never said anything and then one of the manager says to the cashier oh well how much did she give you and I said I gave her $10.35 which I explained to her was the cashier explained to her and that one time did the manager say oh I'm sorry you know for the mistake nothing bad customer service.
