Venue 112 — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Venue 112 has become an unsafe and dangerous spot in Virginia Beach. Saturday morning there was a shooting that left one person dead. Not long before that, at Central (right next door to Venue 112), another shooting happened that left a woman injured in her shoulder. What used to be one of the best nightlife areas for tourists has now been turned into a hood-style venue where violence overshadows the atmosphere. Central & venue used to be the place everyone went for a safe and enjoyable night out, but now it’s gone completely downhill. On top of that, I had my own experience at Venue 112 that showed just how careless and ineffective the security is. I was sitting there emailing my husband overseas , i set my phone down for a momentin in vip section , and a guy stole it and walked right out. I knew it was him, followed him, and even pointed him out to security. Security just stared at me and did absolutely nothing. They didn’t stop him, didn’t question him, didn’t even try. The fact that they allowed that to happen and would probably let that same person back in another day to keep stealing is insane. No wonder people feel like they can pull out a gun and shoot, because the truth is, the security isn’t doing their job and everyone knows it. Between violent incidents, thefts, and useless security, the parking lot and the venue itself are completely unsafe. If you’re visiting Virginia Beach and looking for nightlife, avoid Venue 112 and Central. Until serious changes are made, these places are not worth risking...

Not very happy with this place. We went out for a good time and was disappointed with water down drinks and women cleaning up our drinks and glasses that didn't even work there. One of our family members list there keys and we were told by a crew member that they were probably thrown away bc he knew people that worked there and work do such things. Easy to say when we called it was a cell number and im guessing the manger/ owner answers says there's no keys at all. Not sure if he works there every night or was there when asked but it was a quick response. Immediate if asked. Losing keys is our fault but for people just to throw them away is simply wrong. Won't go back and if u do...

Over priced deliveries for one....$30 for nachos and they don't even have all the toppings stated are included which are 2 key ingredients that were missing, so they seemed dry and bland...ordered wings yet again $30 for an order of wings...they should be thankful for this pandemic or I certainly wouldn't be wasting money on bs. AJ Gators wings and nachos are wayyyyy better and not remotely overpriced so I will just stick with them. I am literally not the one to rate and usually just deal with it but I just couldn't when it came to this bs....
