Horrible customer service! They forgot to bring my two garlic saucesā¦I PAID FORā¦told me there is nothing they can do and rudely hangs up on me..when I called back they rudely put me on hold knowing eventually Iāll give up! Horrible management! This isnāt the first time they forgot my sauces! Weather pick up or delivery they never get it right! Rude lady on the phone tells me I should call the store after putting in my order ONLINEā¦wtf?! On the top of the pizza box says clearly 2 EXTRA GARLIC SAUCES! I shouldnāt have to remind them to do their job accurately! Very rude and horrible management! Love their pizza but there horrible customer service makes me not want to order from them! This could have been handled so easy in many waysā¦they really need to train their management to handle simple situations! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called them around 9:30, the girl answering the phone attempted to tell me they wouldnāt deliver to my hotel- when they were on a delivery list given by the front desk. Not to mention, the exact same place delivered the night before. As she continued to argue after I pointed these out to her, she puts down the phone to ask another employee who tells her yes. Then, not knowing I could hear somehow, says she needs me to spell the address āPavilionā 5 times. I asked for a pepperoni and a cheese and a 2 liter. After an hour wait I was told would be 30 minutes. The delivery guy hands us two cheese pizzas and no 2-liter. When the order is on the box and receipt of what I said and what they bring is incorrect, I call to let them know I hadnāt received the right order. They then try to prove me wrong while Iām reading them the receipt and order confirmation. I now have an hour and counting wait once more for an order my child could have gotten correct the first time, as well as had better manners and attitude than both the girl and manager. They tell me āwe stop taking orders at 10pmā I say āthatās not what the website saysā and they proceed to tell me I can call or place the order online. I call twice to have my call deferred to a central hub. I call a third time and get ātransferred to the storeā where I watch them ignore the call.
