I wish I could leave ZERO stars. I had the worst expirience I've ever had with any company or resteraunt in my entire life. I sat in line, behind 2 cars, for roughly 20 minutes. The guy at the window could NOT even speak straight English, his words were fumbled and backwards, and I honestly believe he was high. Ghetto mumbling beyond comprehension... I pulled up, I see my bags sitting there, waiting, meanwhile 2 of the young male employees (night shift, tall African American and a pale curly Caucasian red head male) were texting away while cars were driving off because they were tired of waiting. The pale red head Caucasian didnt even hand me my bags until he saw me starring at him while he was on his phone. Big shock when there is no manager on the floor and there is noone working but a bunch of millenials who cant stop texting. My order was completely messed up. AND it was ice cold, right off the bat. I will NOT be coming back to this location, and I will be calling corporate about it immediately. I understand this is just fast food, but it is a company and a business, none the less. I am a business owner myself and I expect professional service, regardless of the company. I do not use this term lightly, but this was completely unacceptable. They lock their doors before 10pm because they are too lazy to deal with the influx of customers, AND their phone ALWAYS says "sorry, line is busy" no matter when you call. Go ahead, try it. Read moreI stopped by a couple weeks ago on a Saturday night -- between 11:30 and midnight. I was the only car there. When I got to where you order, someone said "We'll be with you shortly." Two or three minutes later, nothing. So I left. ... I decided to give them another try last night (June 25). I got there a little after midnight (after work). Including mine, there were three cars in line. It took 2-3 minutes before the first car even gave its order. After I finally ordered and got my food, I had been there for more than 15 minutes. With only three customers, that's crazy slow. And unacceptable. I ordered a four-piece chicken tender combo. When I got home (just a couple minutes later) and opened the box, there were only three pieces of chicken -- and they were lukewarm and very dry. That's two pretty bad experiences in a row there. It's unlikely I'll be back. I got home and my order was completely wrong, drove back, and waited for over 25 minutes with 4 vehicles in the drive through, after receiving attitude from the girl in the drive through I was just ready to leave, come home, and eat. BIG MISTAKE !!! Sat down with my family to eat again, and once again....THE ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. I could see all the staff inside just talking to each other, having casual conversations with one another, with not a care in the world, I didn't say anything because I didn't want anyone to spit in my food, but I will NOT return to this particular Wendy's. I just wanted a quick, decent meal after a long day of working but it was too much to ask for from this particular establishment. I'm recommending to all of my family, and friends to not visit this particular Wendy's.
