Literally the most ridiculous experience I've had in a while. I pulled into the drive thru and they asked me to wait, so I did. When they came back I ordered an "Asiago Club, just the sandwich, with no lettuce or tomato, homestyle". Then the person asked me "Do you want the just the sandwich or the combo?" I thought didnt I just say I only want the sandwich, but I patiently replied "sandwich only please." Then she goes "you want homestyle, spicy, or grilled?" And at this point I know that she hasnt listened to a thing I said and I was mildly irritated when I answered "I already said homestyle" She acted afronted of course like I was being rude, then she gave me my total and I drove to the window. After sitting for like 2 minutes a guy finally came opened the window and stated my total. He didnt say hi, how're you, or anything else. So I handed him the money and he shoved my food out the window at me. I took it and drove around to check it since obviously no one was really listening to me order, and found lettuce and tomato on my sandwich. I'm on the verge of bursting a blood vessel at this point as I pull my kids out of the car to go inside and ask them to remake it. Being as nice as possible I explained to the same guy who had handed me my food that I asked for no lettuce and tomato. He apologized for making it wrong and gave me a free cookie. Read moreYou know, at one point, I thought this location was getting better but it's not. The quality of the food is meh at best, but what keeps pissing me off is that when I order a large fry they keep trying to pass of a smaller size fry to me. Not sure if this has been happening to other people, but the 1st time I thought cool honest mistake, 2nd time I'm like ok please don't be a habit, & tonight for the 3rd time they did it again! The first 2x I caught it & it was corrected. This 3rd time bc my daughter was in the car talking to me I was distracted & didn't check & lo & behold they got me. This makes me think they are doing something shady over there with overcharging customers & not giving what was ordered bc most people won't discover it until they get home. Not playing their lil game. When the food is fresh, I actually like their chicken sandwich better than Chick fil A, but I think people go across the street bc that business has standards. I'll go to a different Wendy's location should I even decide I want to get it anymore. Read moreI went to this location about a week ago and the menu light wasn't on and it appeared as though they were closed inside. Monday I drove by again about 7:50 and the menu light was not on again. I started driving off when I noticed 3 cars in the lot. I went to the window and asked the guy if they were still open. He said yes they were. I told him the board wasn't lit to which he responded, "I think it is broken." I asked if I could just place my order at the window since I was already there (and there were no other customers) he said okay. After I gave him my order (I'm assuming he wasn't working the drive thru register because he didn't enter it), he went to his manager to give her the order. She said I had to go through drive thru. I told him, that I wasn't upset with him (he was very apologetic) but the manager was trifling. She could have shown common courtesy, knowing that the light was out, and let me place my order at the window. I drove off . I'm sure they have missed out on a lot of business due to the light being out. As a manager I would have posted a sign saying we are still open. I pray that whatever she was going through...
