I usually don’t post reviews, but this experience has turned me off to this location. The young girl with the long dirty brown hair working the drive thru today was so rude and literally refused to answer my question. I order white mochas iced with very light ice, which I do at this location at least 4 times a week. Today happened to be my second stop there. I’m know some of the baristas even know what my car looks like. I digress, this barista made my drink where the ice was about at the halfway mark, well, the liquid was as they added the ice last. When she brought them to the window, I asked her what I needed to say to get very light ice in there. She sort of hesitated before answering me and said, “is that not what you usually get when you ask for it?”. I told her that it wasn’t, but what should I say to get the ice to here and pointed on the cup. She told me that was what she always does when someone asks for light ice. I asked her again what should I say in order to communicate that that’s what I want. She replied: “I have to go, have a nice day”. She then shut the window and started talking to someone in the drive through without giving me a chance to respond. I sure did speak loudly and tell her that was rude. Why is that a hard question to answer? Why was I dismissed like that. It was very abrupt and rude. I’ve had her at the window, earlier this week I’m fact, and she’s never super friendly. She’s also never been rude until today. I don’t like that my question wasn’t answered and that I was just dismissed. I’m a nurse and can’t drink my drink right away… I don’t want it tasting watered down. Why is...
Read moreMe my husband and my kids were coming from the park and we went through the drive thru so i could pick up my favorite iced drink and the kids could get a donut and my husband could have his drink which is either a dropping, or a pour over.. The store was already brewing Thanksgiving blend which is me and my husband's favorite blend. My husband who was a previous coffee master at starbucks in NY asked if he could have a pour over instead only because the big brew tastes different most of the time (for many different reasons). Michele told him that if he wanted a pour over he would need to come in because it takes a little longer to make but getting a brew is the same thing because she had just made a fresh batch of coffee. My husband says ohk thats not a problem but no it isn't the same thing Michele said to my husband who is not a hostile person at all said "theres no need to get an attitude" I could write an essay on how offended I am when someone says that to me but let's just say it was an very unnecessary statement cause no one was having an attitude..... I've been going to starbucks for at least 12 years and used to work there for 4 years. Customer service is what starbucks is about. You go for the experience cause I could make a cup of coffee at home. I was very upset and...

I wanted to take a couple of minutes to talk about this particular Starbucks. Although I don't drink coffee very much I find that a Starbucks is a perfect place to meet with friends to discuss events or to meet business colleague to talk about plans. And yes of course it is a good place for a first date if you aren't sure what they are into or what they like to do and provides a neutral atmosphere and light Refreshments to break the ice.
This particular Starbucks was pretty sparse and although not completely unpleasant to not really feel warm or cozy. The corner did have two sets of two overstuffed chairs that you could sit in comfortably and read a magazine or talk with another friend with a little table in the middle to put your drink. Then the rest of the area had the regular small table just arranged in the rest of the open floor space. The overall shape of the store is a big triangle so I suppose it's hard to make anything feel too comfortable in there.
The staff was very nice and friendly and it was not very busy at all the time of day I went so I certainly don't have anything against to this particular Starbucks but I have been in other ones where I felt a little bit more cozy a little bit more intimate and had a better view out the...
