This is my local Arby's. Nearest to my house. I've generally had good experiences here. However, our last visit was not at all good. Staff was rude, dismissive and just didn't seem to care. Too busy gossiping to wait on customers. I had a gyro and the bread was literally hard. I asked to have it remade. Second one was still a tad hard but ate it anyway as the staff seemed to have better things to do. The person in the back was busy swearing loud enough to be heard in the lobby. Not cool. Inside wasn't busy, but drive thru was. Still it took some time to get our food. My daughters beef and cheddar looked like it had been just thrown on the bun. Really sad that people don't even try to do good work. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. Didn't feel welcome or valued. Felt more like an inconvenience. Read moreRing that bell... "bring" Connie and I did that several times after our experience at Arby's Madison Heights. The service was unreal and George and Ivette were perfect. I had both a Market-Fresh sandwich, and mozzarella sticks. Connie had another diet pepsi and enjoyed a Beef and Cheddar value meal. We were shocked to find out that this was the original destination that invented the 10 Gallon hat logo. We were even permitted to "tour the kitchen." The lettuce I had with my Marketfresh sandwich was crisp and inviting, and the mayonnaise did not disappoint. I will be telling the travel agency to stop by this particular area of Madison Heights on their next excursion to the city of Charlotte. We will be sure to "ring the bell" of good reviews for years to come. Thanks again...
Read moreI ordered the prime rib cheese steak sandwich which is suppose to come with peppers and onions. When I opened it up it was missing the red and yellow roasted peppers. I assumed they forgot to put it on there. I go back in and explain only to be told they are no longer putting the red and yellow peppers on the sandwich going forward. They just assume customers wouldn't notice or care I suppose, but if you still have the picture up of the sandwich one way but serve it a different way and charge the same price, that's a little deceiving to me. A simple heads up before I ordered it and then let me decide would be a lot better than just doing the ol business as usual policy. I was offered a different sandwich and an apology but I'm not going back. Oh well. Jersey Mike's here I come....
