I have always loved Arby's but you could not pay me to go back to this one. There was no customers there when I got there with my aunt. Walked to the register but was not greeted by the employee because she was busy having a personal conversation with another employee so had to wait until they were done to take my order. Still no hello, or apology, just a "what do you want?". Gave our order and no thank you, or it will be right up, or anything. So went to get sauces only to discover the condiment dispenser is broken apart and so nasty I wouldn't want to use it but that is where you were suppose to get your sauces. Went to try to find a clean table and had to end up wetting some napkins to clean my own. There were at least 4 employees I could see and we were the only customers at the time so not sure why no one was cleaning. When I went back to get my food one of the employees had there baby in a car seat on the counter and everyone was playing with him so acknowledging my presence was not a priority. Instead after playing with the child's feet the employee, whom I believe was the manager, walked over and got my food together. Handing it to me while still having personal conversations with the baby and other employee. No thank you, have a good day or anything of the sort. When we opened our sandwiches my aunt notice the sandwich that she always gets and it is always is cut in half was whole. So she very nicely walked back up to counter, still no other customer, to have it cut. Everyone was still playing with the baby so she was handed a plastic knife and nothing was said to her. The fries were also burnt and cold. So if you like paying for food at a place where you are treated as if you are a bother and don't get the quality you expect at Arby's then this is the place for you. If not, stay far, far away and find a different Arby's location to spend...
Read moreWent through the drive thru on my way home to get a chicken cordon bleu sandwich. They no longer have it as a menu item but they are able to make it and same goes for a handful of other sandwiches like the Super, Roast beef and Swiss, and BLT to name a few. When I asked for the Chicken Cordon Bleu they told me they no longer had the sandwich. I ask them if they could make it anyways but ring it up so they are still able to account for the ingredients (chicken sandwich no lettuce and a ham slider). They still refused and this is why I avoid corporate Arbys all together because the way they train their management. I worked for Arbys franchise in the area for 12 years before switching professions and we never turn a customer down when we can make what they ask. I go 20 minutes out of my way all the time (3 times a month at least) to eat at the Arby's in Yorktown on George Washington hwy.. They are franchise and I always see the owner in there and she works right a long with her staff. So I called that Arbys in Yorktown just to see if they would make the sandwich and Darius gave me no problem at all. That's the difference between corporate and franchise. Corporate, please step your game up because your service...
Read moreMy experience here was awful. Not only was the staff bad but the food was even worse. So for starters our initial walk in was okay the lobby was clean but the gentleman at the register had an attitude as if he really didnt want to be there let alone deal with people. His uniform was sloppy, hanging of him and a bit dirty but then again most of the staff was dressed sloppy. We ordered three classic roast beef sandwhiches one of them being a meal and a chicken sandwhich meal... although the fries were fresh they didnt even bother to fill the carton up it was barely half full while the other was a quarter of the way.... the sandwiches were sloppily made meat just thrown on there every way and the chicken was tasted like it was below food temperature. I enjoy arbys food but this was far from worth the money. Also I do believe its a health code violation to leave foods that are to be kept at 41 or below are not supposed to be left out on a counter sitting. Lastly its terrible to hear employees talk about guests within earshot of other guests. I get we're all human but its a level of...
