Asia cafe — Restaurant in Virginia

I order from this place atleast 2 Times a week. I’m obsessed with the tofu and veggies! I cannot count how many times they have left something out of my huge orders ((when I have family over)) but despite that tonight was the icing on the cake for me. I ordered the same kids meal I always do for the kids and the chicken they gave was so small and fried to the point of no chew. I called to politely ask if a new chef was hired bc this is not there Normal portion or kind of chicken. I ask for them to re-deliver my meal appropriately as I do spend lots of money... I was told the owner “did not have time to talk to me”. What kind of an owner does not have time for a money spending customer.? Why wouldn’t you want to re-deliver something you got wrong? Why would you so carelessly push a customer away? Don’t buy...

Highly impressed with first experience. 10 minutes to close and needing a very customized order (I'm gluten free and vegan), I expected to be turned away or the restaurant not being able to accommodate. Instead I was greeted AND the gentleman that I spoke to was able to make me Pineapple fried rice with fried tofu (not even a menu item) and made it gluten free. Food tasted great and very fresh....

From the second I walked in the door the female cashier was rude. Every time I asked a question, she rolled her eyes. She didn’t want to explain anything. Once we paid for our food, (which we shouldn’t have, we should have left) upon receiving our change the female cashier LITERALLY threw our change at us and told us she is busy as she walked away. I will NEVER visit this...
