Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. As the cashier was handing me my order of wings, she burned her hand and realized there was a hole in the bottom of the container which was leaking hot bbq sauce. She gave the wings to who I have since learned is Wayne. Wayne proceeds to use his unwashed and ungloved hand to dump the wings from the burnt out container into another container. He then unappetizingly dumped some additional sauce onto the old wings in the new container. When I requested fresh wings, for some reason this prompted Wayne to have an attitude. However, he proceeded to again use his ungloved and unwashed hands to make me fresh wings that weren’t tainted with melting plastic. I waited approximately 10 minutes for the wings while my remaining order (2 pizzas, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls) got colder and colder. As I was waiting, I observed Wayne walk through various areas in the restaurant: helping other customers, unloading pizza boxes and preparing pizzas all the while never washing his hands or using gloves. When I asked the cashier if they use gloves during food preparation, she said no. When my wings were finally ready, I asked if I could have a 2 liter due to my inconvenience and Wayne actually said no. Probably the first time in his life he ever had a little bit of power and he was really intent on exercising his manhood by refusing to part with a measly soda. I, however, happen to be an attorney and found it prudent to file a complaint with the Health Department alerting them to the violations I witnessed. Additionally, I filed a complaint with Pizza Hut’s corporate office making them aware of this location’s terrible customer service. I bet in the end Wayne wishes he had just decided to part with that Pepsi. Ah well. Photos of the employee in...
Read moreOrdered from Pizza Hut at 1:09pm for 2:30 delivery with instructions to ring doorbell. Got text at 2:19 that Door Dash would deliver at 2:52. Got text at 2:44 DD approaching. A few minutes later glanced outside and saw someone walking away. Found pizza left at front door but no one rang the doorbell (our home is large). All food was COLD not warm. Called store, spoke to Manager. He made it clear that he was a small fish in big pond and could do nothing about it. He said our issue needed to be taken up with DD not him. My issue with this is that we ordered directly from Pizza Hut and did not contract DD. Pizza Hut subcontracted to DD. Even on the text from DD they say if you have questions call the store. We have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for the 7 years that we have lived here. Disappointing that a manager would be that short sighted to not care about TRYING to address a customer concern. I don’t need to beg for free pizza or anything but expected more from someone in Mgmt. I am a recently retired Manager/Director and would have been expected to do more and show more empathy before telling a customer it was...
Read morePizza Hut has gone downhill, and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I would give zero stars if I could. We placed an order online for pick up. Drove home with our food and found out that 2 orders of breadsticks weren’t made right. They were just plain dough. My wife had to drive back to the store, show them the breadsticks, and they acted like we did something wrong! No offer to compensate us for the inconvenience or gas we wasted to drive back. My wife was questioned by the breadsticks maker and he acted ticked off at her! Both Pizza Hut employees she interacted with seemed completely inept and treated her, the customer, like we were the ones at fault for their incompetence. This is the last time we will order from Pizza Hut. The breadsticks themselves are abnormally small and shriveled up, only measuring about 4 inches long, and the pizzas we bought barely have any toppings...I can hardly see any cheese! I wish we would’ve gone elsewhere. We will be contacting the store manager to complain about the way the employees treated us. They obviously need a lesson in customer service, as well as food preparation. DO...
