I had ordered from here this week for lunch and my meal was disappointing. Tacos were slapped together with "corn tortilla" (yellow taco shells from the grocery store), ground beef texture was very basic and the white cheese was bland. This taco looked like it could have been made by a stay at home mom who's never been to Mexico, "White people taco night" is what I'd rate it (no hate but i didnt come here to pay for that). Queso was runny and bland and too much cream in it and the chips were like the cheap AMC tortilla chips without the salt. Honestly, I'd prefer movie chips and salsa than have this queso again if we're going with inauthentic Mexican. Enchiladas tasted like the sauce came from a jar with the same ground beef and tortillas as the taco. Who are you trying to fool? Seems as your resturant is Mexican themed but the food is far from it. I expected street tacos with house made corn or flour tortillas at the very least. Not going to order from here anymore unless you make real Mexican food.

You’d never even know it’s there. The food is good, the portions are small, and the servers are friendly and helpful. I thought it was part of the Allstate offices. They need a better sign. When we walked in the hostess immediately welcomed us and found us a table. We had fresh chips and salsa before we sat fully down. The menu is vast and has lots of kid friendly options. The “salad,” had plenty of chicken but little in the way of lettuce or really any vegetables. The one slice of tomato wasn’t enough. The fried salad taco bowl shell is half the size of a typical one. Don’t get me wrong it was enough food, just smaller than normal. The flavors were not overwhelming. It just get like something was missing from the dishes we had.

Best Mexican food in the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area at affordable prices. The carnitas I ordered were very tender and flavorful. The portions portions were huge and super delicious. The food came out fast and fresh. Liz and Luis were very attentive and provided excellent service. They made sure the drinks were always full. The mango frozen margarita was strong and not watered down like most establishments. The classic Mexican dessert hit the spot as well. I would definitely recommend them. Better than all of the other Mexican restaurants I’ve frequented on Route 3 near the mall. Definitely worth the drive.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess who was very friendly. The chips and salsa were very good, and the salsa tasted very fresh. The peach and lime margaritas were delicious as well as the steak quesadilla, tamale, and chile relleno we had. Not sure what another reviewer was saying about small portions, ours were very respectable, especially for the money. The thing that sets this restaurant apart from the rest (besides their awesome drinks and food) is the absolutely outstanding customer service we received. We had at least three different individuals ask us if we needed anything throughout our visit, and I feel like that speaks volumes for their teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend you visit Bella Cucina for some amazing...
