Today I had an extremely bad experience at Bojangles on Seminole Trail in Charlottesville Va. I went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon, egg and Cheese biscuit combo with a large sweet tea. A sausage and egg biscuit. A side of bacon, 6 Bo berry biscuits and a 1/2 gallon sweet tea. She was very distracted taking my order and asked her a few times did she get everything and she said yes. I drive around and she gives me the total $26.52. It sounded close so I gave her my card and she handed me my large tea and card back with no receipt and tells me to pull up and wait. I’m sitting there for 12 minutes and decided to ride around again and ask what was taking so long as several cars had gone through after. She said they were making fresh Bo berry biscuits. After 5 more minutes of waiting she brings out the bags and the receipt was on the bag. I look through my stuff and notice that there is no sausage and egg biscuit. So I check the receipt. She never rang it up and then I find she double charged my for and order of bacon that was not in there and had over charged me for the biscuits by ringing up 3 individual orders of 2. There is a price difference where 6 cost $6.99! Ordering them depot came to $8.07 before tax. How many other customers do they do this too that don’t take the time to look? I went back in and explained this to the assistant manager Trish and she never apologized but simply said well I will have to refunded every and ring it all back up again and charge the correct prices. This would be charging me double and I would have to wait 3-5 days for the refund to process. This was poor customer service. I asked her could she just give me the sausage and egg biscuit and call it a day and she said no because it will mess our inventory up. Then I offered to pay the difference and she tried to charge me $3.55 for the biscuit alone. Where is the price difference for to w mistakes that you all already made? After dealing with this 25 minutes I just asked for a complete refund and gave all the food back as this made me not want to give my business to them ever. Read moreThis post was almost going to be a bad post. But, thanks to Richard he changed my mind. Yesterday 2/2/22 was my parents 70th wedding anniversary. They wanted Bojangles chicken. So I went there and ordered. Almost $70. Worth of food. Asked for plates forks and napkins also. I got to the window to pay the girl at the window was not very nice. Like she couldn't wait for me to leave. I tried to ask was everything I ordered in the box. But she had closed the window and I couldn't ask. So this man standing back helping out seen me trying to get information he rushed to the window and asked if He could help me. I asked him if everything was in the box. He then asked his employees who just packed the box they said yes everything is there. So i left. When I got to my parents home and looked inside going through things I realized they didn't give me everything. They didn't put in all the sides I had asked for not did they put in the plates napkins and forks. I called the location and talked to a younger male. He did nothing but make things worse. He said to stop by and get them next time I am out . Then he rudely hung up. i tried to call back 3 times no answer. Then a call came to me from the same number. I spoke to Richard. Told him everything and he took it upon himself to fix the matter. He actually brought the the items that was missing to me and made mom and dads anniversary dinner a success. Read moreFood was great...getting it took 20mins. We ordered from the drive thru and it would have been courteous to let us know there would be an extended wait for the bo berry biscuits. There were 2 cars in front of us and we quickly noticed it was taking a long time for orders to be given; I even ran in to use the bathroom. Upon doing so I saw there were only 5 people inside to eat so it’s not like they were slammed. We were not told about the wait until we were handed our chicken biscuits and told to drive around to wait for the rest. After another 10mins I walked in to request a refund as we were now late to an event. As I stood waiting for a family who walked in just ahead of me to place their order I saw the remainder of our order sitting there; eventually I was told sorry they hadn’t had time to walk it out. I’d hate to see the wait if they were busy. Dunno if they were having an off morning as that can happen but we would have appreciated some communication in regards to the wait. 20mins for fast food on a slow morning...
