I am disappointed to be writing this review as I have only been to this bar twice and my second experience was nothing like my first. The first time I ever heard of Brittany’s was January of this year when my girlfriend and I were looking for places to watch the Super Bowl. We went to Brittany’s and the manager was nice, the service was good, the food was okay but nonetheless we had a good time. We decided to visit Brittany’s again last night for dinner and a few drinks and our experience was nothing like the first. The apps were good but the drinks were nasty and we were told the drinks could not be taken back. I ordered the steak bites with a side of mashed potatoes that came out ice cold after I was told the kitchen messed them up so they were redoing them. It was very clear to me that I was being served instant mashed potatoes. But if they messed them up and were redoing them, why are they coming out cold? The waitress takes them back and as I’m waiting, I’m tasting the rest of my food and my steak bites were also cold. The waitress comes back with the instant potatoes that were still cold and takes my steak back and insists that she’ll have the kitchen remake it for me. When she brings it back out, it’s clear that they threw the steak bites back in the skillet with some butter and overcooked them. Read moreVery pleased with the special service we received, I had called to make a reservation for 8 people, as that night we were going directly after to our daughters school play. We enjoyed the dining room that had been the area reserved for our group by the nice lady on the phone. She said we probably didn't need a reservation but she would leave a note for the manager letting him know about our party of 8 people. She was great.
When we arrived (all at different times as many of us travelled from other towns) we were pleased with the level of service and food. It was great, good food, good service, good for kids (in the dining area) but the thing that made us feel really special, really valued (and has earned our loyalty for future events and nights out) is that the staff made an extra effort by making custom signs, wishing our daughter luck etc. The staff listened to me, they cared about us, and our special event. WOW, that's rare in today's world. Brittany's went the extra mile, my daughter cried when she saw the signs (happy tears) and will add it to her scrap book. Just a simple thing that maybe took 5-10 minutes for the staff at Brittany's made it a special and memorable moment for all of us, it set the mood for a magical night. We felt very VIP, thank you for making her night! This act of kindness was truly appreciated. We will be seeing you all again soon as we are now loyal Brittany's fans! I visited Brittany's on yesterday evening Friday 4/11/25 and when I approached the bar their were 2 female bartenders and 1 male bartender. The male bartender was busy with a customer and the 2 female bartenders were at the register. I waived at them and stated excuse me can I place an order please. One of the female bartenders (Rmoia) greeted me with "WHAT" in a rude tone but I proceeded to still place my order and ignored her tone. She continued to be rude so I informed her to cancel my order and that I would not move forward with ordering from her because her energy/mood was very unapproachable and made me feel very uncomfortable where I wanted to leave the restaurant completely. My friends encouraged me to stay which I did and ordered from another bartender who was much more pleasant. If you are looking for good customer service please use precaution when coming here. The ending of the story is that I did not allow her to affect my night but I almost did, thanks to my friends who encouraged me to enjoy the night and not allow the negative mood of the bartender to affect my positive energy. Other customers who were at the bar approached me and shared that this particular bartender "always has a bad mood and is rude to certain customers".
