Let me tell you about my experience here and why you should NEVER go here without at the very least making sure that they are preparing your food properly. I was excited about the lunch time special and thought it would be my new place to stop and get a bite to eat for a reasonable price. The order was taken politely and the food would be prepared quickly. While I wait, I tend to look at the people preparing my food. What I am about to tell you is going to shock you.

As I was waiting for my fries, a woman in a gray shirt (presumably a shift manager) puts her bare hands on my fries, adjusting them to stay in the basket. Anyone who knows anything about preparing food knows that you aren't supposed to touch any food with bare hands unless you communicate some disease. When she went to give me the fries, I pointedly told her to remake my fries, as I saw her touch them with her hands. She had another girl in the back--who was gloved properly--make my fries and then she took those fries and put them back on the rack with the rest of the fries that were cooked and waiting for customers. I left that place in disgust and decided to call the company to let them know about this practice.

Furthermore, when I called the corporate office to complain (who is very nice btw), they stated that the complaint was sent to the manager and the district manager who have yet to return my calls (after calling three times). Regretfully I visited this dairy queen for two oreo blizzards and fries with popcorn shrimp. The lady employee did not turn the blizzards upside down before serving them to me. I noticed the advertisement sign near the menu that clearly states you get a free blizzard if they do not turn a blizzard upside down and I mentioned that to her very kindly that she did not turn them upside down. She first agreed to make another blizzard but changed her mind and refused after forcing us to wait. The advertisement sign is dishonestly false and misleading. I took a picture of the sign that promised the appropriate customer service concerning the blizzard that I did not receive. I received no blizzard but she acted extremely hateful and unprofessional instead. I noticed she also behaved inappropriate towards other customers waiting in line. The fries they sold me were wet and soggy like microwaved older fries that were discolored and appeared moldy and tasted horrible. I had to throw them out. The popcorn shrimp was nearly fifteen dollars expensive and they only give you a very small cup of them which I took another picture to show the cup size next to blizzard cups. None of the food was properly warm but was instead cold room temperature. Nasty food and rude customer service is all I got from this place and lost a good amount of money on low quality food. I wish I had gone anywhere else to eat. That dairy queen was a nightmare. The counters and tables and floors also appeared visually unclean to me. They should be checked by county health professionals in my opinion. I would not recommend this dairy...

BEWARE OF THIS Dairy Queen unfortunately the only that keeps responding to everybody's comment gives the same thing it's a learning experience well your customers don't want to learn and pay for it at the same time you have employees that you pay for it you should pay for their training just like every other Dairy Queen does I know for a fact I won't be back out to your facility even though it's in walking distance from my house we rather go to del City Dairy Queen or go get Frozen Custard your competition right around the corner they are much better look at their reviews they don't have learning experiences on their customers This was the worst place came on Father's day and wasn't busy just really unorganized we placed a order for 4 blizzards 1- mini chocolate chip cookie dough , 2- small summer Berry Royal New York cheesecake , 3-small cookie dough 4-large new Carmel Cannon ball 25 minutes later we still didn't have all the blizzards mini was only cookie dough WRONG cheese cake no berries WRONG the small cookie dough was correct and the large Carmel Cannon ball WRONG got home and it was peanut butter stuff This is upsetting don't get what was ordered and waited too long even the manager was supposed to give me a receipt but he didn't I guess he forgot too just...
